I purchased this direct from Travall's website as they have a very good system of identifying the correct guard.Plus points about the product ?Very easy to fit. Excellent quality. Compared to over £200 for a genuine Audi guard, it is fantastic value. In fact you would probably be hard pressed to tell the difference.Why did it just fall short of perfect ?The rear parcel shelf will not fully locate back in place. It fits well enough so that when the boot is opened the shelf rises as it should, and to the casual passerby it is not noticeable, but unless i have done something drastically wrong ( which is impossible as it's so easy to fit ) the rear shelf does not locate back in place.But do not be put off,

Got this product 2 days after ordering from Amazon. It was fitted in literally 60 seconds. It comes ready assembled (1 full guard...ie you dont have to put it together), and you simply pull forward your rear seats and rest the arms into the back-seat clips. The seats then get pushed back and clip perfectly in, keeping the dog guard in place. It is a perfect fit on the A3 sportshatch going right up to the roof (stops about 2cm from top) so there is no way your dog is getting round it/over it. Its made from solid metal and is a strong & great looking guard. It also comes with self-adhesive sticky back pads for extra support should you need them, but we havent needed them.

Easy to fit and sturdy, courier dumped in the garden though meaning parcel got wet and sticky fixers couldn't be used, Travall couldn't be bothered to answer my email which was to see if I could obtain some more fixers which was a shame given the product was good.18.12.13 - I'm pleased to report that a new pack of stick fixers came though the post today and so poor service turned into great service, so 5 stars all round - thanks!

I was after a guard that was easy to fit / remove when required. This is perfect for that.It takes up no boot space as it fixes to the chair mounts and was installed in seconds. I thought it was quite expensive for what it achieves, but then again, the quality is there and if you dont want to spend ages taking it in and out then this is for you.They are car model specific, so make sure you select the correct one.

The guard is easy to fit and does the job. Only observation is that while the parcel shelf can be put in with the the dog guard fitted it doesn't lock into the slots so you need to be careful when shutting the boot. Obviously the best solution is to remove the guard when not in use but that's a bit of a faff if you take your dog on walks every day.

we listened to the one review and trusted the pictures. i'm glad we did! we gained much more space in the back of our audi A3 2010 TDI without paying the audi price for equipment. it is sturdy, solid, easy to install and fits perfectly. the shipping is steep but all in it is still cheaper than purchasing one from audi. it also came on time.

Awesome quality and fitment in our 2007 A3. Now we can go for drives and not worry about our pup chewing on the seats or putting a blanket down. Our dog loves riding in the back of the car now and it is very secure. Great product and great seller. Shipping was quite fast even though it came from overseas.

Never saw the Audi factory dog barrier, but was way too expensive (I think around $400). This is well made, doesn't rattle and if it keeps a bull terrier in place I'm pretty sure it would hold a small bear as well. Wish I wouldn't have waited a year; don't know what I would do without it!

There are lots of dog guards on the market. Some way more expensive (thanks Mr Audi) and some much cheaper. This like the porridge in Goldilocks is just right. Easy to fit, well made, unobtrusive and fit for purpose. A good product at a fair price.

Fantastic well made dog gaurd which fit perfectly, doesn't rattle or move and is intalled in a matter of seconds. Very happy.
