Yes expensive but without doubt IMHO as this is the SECOND TRAVALL DOG GUARD I have had the first one was for my Mondeo Estate this one for the Galaxy (I had to change car's because my severely disabled Son could not get in the Mondeo But the Guards allow the rear seats to go down to allow access to the whole length of the car and if you have something very large it only takes a couple of minutes more to remove it.

Nice well made guard. A little fiddly to fit until you get used to it, I lost one of the protective feet on my second attempt and have had to wrap the leg in insulating tape to save the interior. Leaves a gap between the back of the rear seats and the guard unless the rear seats are reclined slightly but I'm generally pretty happy with this and don't feel I'll need to change it
