Bought this for our village Day Centre to allow the computer to pick up the internet...the modem and the computer in question are in opposite corners of the main hall which is large and L shaped...the Tp Link was very simple to pair...in fact I did it using both supplied parts in the same double wall socket and then just plugged them in ...one by the modem and one by the computer....instant internet access as if the modem is connected directly to the computer...some members have said that they can now access Wi-Fi all around the hall where before installing the Tp Link it was only accessible at one end.Very easy to install and use...took less than five minutes in total.

This is such an easy and cheap way to have Wireless Internet in rooms away from the modem/router without having to pay for extra wiring or internet connections throughout the house.IT REALLY IS PLUG AND PLAY its as easy as that,My modem was downstairs the only other way to get Internet upstairs would have been to drill holes and have cables everywherePlug one adapter next to your modem attach ethernet cable connecting both, plug in the second adapter upstairs connect that to tv,cctv, xbox whatever you have press the buttons on both adapters within 2 mins of each other a few flash's and hay presto you have internet upstairs...5 mins at mostWorks fantastic

I was a bit dubious about buying these as I couldn't see how they'd work. I live in a small town and we've never had great download speeds via WiFi and as I use the Internet a lot it was frustrating having to keep hovering around the router to get a good signal.Bought these powerline adapters and I am more than happy with them. They incredibly easy to sync and setup. So easy intact I didn't even have yo read the manual. I mainly bought them to boost the Internet speeds for My laptop and Playstation 4 and it's easily doubled. I was getting around 3-4mbps on a good day but now I'm getting around 14mbos with a 1.5mbps upload speed.Very happy!

TP-Link solved my internet connection problem. My hub is on the ground floor where BT landline enters house. I work on 3rd floor. I used wifi for 5 years, but over the last 6 months I was losing internet connection on my desktop PC. This was happening at least 10 times a day. The laptop I use is fine. I was told that desktops were not designed for wifi whereas laptops and notebooks are as they are not static. This equipment uses the electricity circuit to connect your computer via ethernet cables. It works great and it is cheap. You even get an ethernet cable for each of the links.

Bought these as connecting from the home router to my bedroom was a challenge.Very easy to set up and use and I’ve definitely managed to get even speed with the main router since I bought these so it’s exactly what I was after. My only 4/5 was in the speed section purely because my broadband isn’t very fast anyway so I’ve been unable to get a good reading of how the product works at higher speeds. If walls are your issue and you don’t have a suitable place for an extender, this is for you

Delighted with this. Didn't even know such things existed until very recently, & had given up on getting an internet connection on my 'Smart' TV, as the WIFI signal wasn't being picked up. Five minutes after unpacking, simply plug the 2 units in, one connected to the router with the supplied ethernet cable, & the other into the TV in the same way, & I now have a functional smart TV. Also great news for those of us considering CCTV, without trailing 10 metres of ethernet cable through the house.

Bought to complement a home network consisting of a router and BT powerlines. I understood these would be compatible with the BT products but I did experience some issues setting them up. BT and TP-Link powerlines feature 3 indicator lights and a single button. Intially the 2 brands wouldn't 'talk' to eachother. I found the TP-Link instructions difficult to understand. However, I was able to use the BT instructions to programme these adaptors. I assume they use a standard specification.

The most competitive price at Argos, simple online reserve process and pickup. Installing this was such a simple process I was pleasantly surprised. Put one next to my router, connected with the supplied network cable, the other connected to a you view box, again connect via the network cable (2 supplied). Pressed the sync button, back to the plug by the router, pressed the sync button. Within a few seconds they were in sync and data started flowing. Includes a 3 year warranty. Recommended!

It’s very easy to set up the adapters, link them to your router and the appropriate electronics using the Ethernet cables provided, and then link them together by pressing a couple buttons on the adapters. For that, I’ve had a much more stable internet connection overall and no disconnections from the internet since I started using it, although my download and upload speeds haven’t changed (I’m told this is more to do with my own internet provider than the adapters themselves, so fair enough).

TP Link powerline range of wifi extenders are very compatible across their range of products and were a breeze to install. Always read instructions and ensure you start with your installed router WPS button before doing the same on the new unit. Takes less than two minutes and uses current wifi but through the wires in your electrical system. Never buy more bytes per second that what your internet provides as it won't boost the signal, but merely extend the signal to another part of the house.

A honest opinion is, why didnt I get these TP-LINK 600MBPS Nano Powerlines years ago I got these power line plugs to connect my Wifi cctv ip camera which is mounted on the garden shed to record to my PC.On WiFi i was dropping out of connection even with a range booster, but now with direct cable connection no more drop outs.Setup so easy my dog could have done.I just changed my internet provider which came with new routier didnt have to do a thing connected power line to new routier Bingo easy

It has worked well in terms of delivering a plug in solution at top of the house. However, it is a bit heavy in terms of hardware there is a plug which you have to connect to the router and then another one which you need to connect to your laptop/computer. This just secures one connection. We tried to then add another adaptor to this set up, but this failed. My thought is a better solution is to get a wifi booster, which requires less hardware and electricity, and provides more flexibility.

I've bought two packs of these now. My partner and I work consistently from home and we were finding that purely using WiFi connection was problematic, switching to this ethernet over power is now providing faster more stable connection. They worked straight out of the box, literally within a minute I had a cabled connection to my pc. When I added the additional units I installed the software, which meant I could override the default config - also very easy to use. I'd highly recommend these.

This was one of the best product recommendations I have ever received. I went from struggling with a booster and wanting to scream at my computer to perfect, fast internet connection. My fibre hub is at the other end of the flat to my desk (due to phone line issues) but this little gadget means I have perfect speeds as if I was plugged in directly. BOOSTERS ARE RUBBISH IN COMPARISON. Also, took less than 10 mins to set up. 4* for compatibility as I have MacBook and needed a thunderbolt add-on

Replacement for older type - this is much smaller.Simple to use - no software or network configuration required. Plugged cable from router into one of the powerline units which was then plugged into a 4 gang powerstrip, and the other in a mains socket in another room, and all works fine - internet speed test is inline with what i should be provided with - just tested and got 40Mbps/9Mbps.I was so happy I bought another pair to use for another room - it was a bit cheaper too at £22.99.
