Review for Tommee Tippee bottles and teats: I swear by Tommee Tippee bottles...in my opinion they are the best make out there. This is my second set of these. The first set lasted a year and a half until my daughter decided to start chewing on the teats and made holes in them. My daughter is 21 months old so technically shouldn't really be using these anymore, but she has autism and refuses to drink out of anything else and panics if I give her anything else to drink from. Also, she has never had a dummy so her bottles are her comfort thing, bless her. I would recommend washing these by hand and not putting in the dishwasher...this was another reason why I decided to purchase a new set.Reason being is because the bottles are easily stained and her last set ended up becoming bright orange...even though I always swill off my plates etc before putting them in the dishwasher, there is always a bit of residue left, especially after an Indian takeaway with the orange ghee residue being left on the plates...so these bottles got really stained...however other plastic items I put in the dishwasher didn't stain, so I would say these bottles are easily stained. If you want to keep them looking new then hand wash only. I think the dishwasher also made the teats more brittle, hence the holes from my daughter chewing. The new teats are still going strong at the moment from handwashing only. Great price for genuine Tommee Tippee bottles and teats. Would highly recommend!

What you must know;By looking at the reviews and customers questions, it seems as if a few different Tomme Tippee Teats are shearing questions and reviews.I have bought the teats and these are as advertised Medium Flow Teats (Number 2)-Number 2 teats are ideal for all babies form the age of 3 months.-Highly recommended if you are giving your baby an Anti-Reflux milk as its usually "thicker/denser".-Standard teats, to be used with standard bottles. These are not anti-colic teats, the ones that work with the special anti-colic bottles.Although you must know that as these teats have a valve to allow airflow and possible colic attacks are significantly reduced.-BPA freeI have had 5 babies and Ihave always used Tomme Tippee.I am now a very proud auntie to a lovely 3 month old princess and I have now bought her these teats, so she can drink her Anti-Reflux milk more comfortably. From a mum to a mum / dad, I would always recommend Tomme Tippee above the rest.If you have any questions, that you think I could help, just click on the comment box bellow and I will do my best ;)Thank you for reading. I hope you found this review helpful. If so, please tick yes, below.

I moved my son up to the medium flow tommee tippee teats (supposedly 3 months plus) when he was just over a month old as the slow flow teats were frustrating him as they were too slow. At just over 2 months old he started showing the same frustration with those teats too so I reluctantly moved him onto these (stated as being for 6 months plus) as I was slightly nervous they would be too fast for him and cause him discomfort later. I had looked at moving him to the variflow teats but was put off by some of the reviews saying that the hole disintegrated too easily. These have been fine so far and he is now 4 months old but obviously would be too fast for some babies of the same age.Like some of the other reviewers have stated, the air hole in some of them has not been opened fully but this has righted itself after a couple of uses. Other than that, good quality and work well, no dribbles and my son has not had any problems with colic or trapped wind. He much prefers the shape of the teat on these bottles as well compared to a number of others. Would buy again.

I found these to be a bit pricey but they do the job. Obviously with them being branded you are tied down to them when buying or 'upgrading' the teats, but overall they are a good quality product and are lasting a while (currently still in use). At first i was a bit hesitant to buy these after researching to find that variflow teats were supposed to be "better", but since using them i can honestly say they are excellent all-round. I purchased 3 packs for 6 bottles for our 4 week old baby and he loves them. Easy to feed from and provide enough milk for satisfaction. He needed 2-3 goes to get used to them having moved from the newborn teats but once he fed a few times he was loving it.(I know they say 3months+) but he was big born so wasn't entirely satisfied, and working too hard, on the newborn teats; so our midwife recommended these. He is now 9 weeks old, thriving and feeds in about 10-15 mins, winding once in between. 5/5.

Not much to say, but they are more naturally shaped than most other brands on the market and not a bad price too. Similar to Asda prices, with the added convinience of it being delivered the same/next day. This is great for new parents who are home alone with baby and can't get out the house as it's rapid delivery without being ripped off.I did however find that cleaning the valves were a bit difficult, as you have to pinch it from inside of the teat but its way to close to the eadge of the teat's rim, makes getting a decent grip a bit of an inconvenience...pls wacth out for milk sometimes buliding up in between the teat's rim and the valve. These, however, are minor issues. These teats are more erganomic than other brands...so for parents who stuggle to latch their baby (or for follow on babies), it's the next best thing.Would recommend.

I upgraded from the newborn teats to these medium flow teats a couple of weeks ago and have found them to be fantastic. My daughter is 4 months old and is taking significantly more milk than she used to, so obviously feeding was taking much longer than before, but with these new teats she is able to take in a lot more milk in a much shorter time, so a feed that would have taken 20-30 minutes previously now takes 10-15. Wonderful! It took a few tries for her to get used to them, as the milk comes out much faster than before, so I found she we dribbling all over the place and was sometimes a little startled by the new speed of flow, but she is fine with them now. They fit the standard tommee tippee bottles perfectly and are robust and easy to clean.Fantastic in my opinion!

I write this review based on my decades of experiences as a consumer and having raised a family and now with grandchildren actual use of the product. This was delivered quickly, post included as a prime item and I am a prime member. There is no indication as to postal costs for non prime members.Surprisingly, the teats were packaged in a size appropriate easy to open box alongside other purchases. (Which might have assisted the quick delivery)The teats are made of a heavy but flexible clear plastic that fits the numerous tomy t bottles we already have. They allow faster flowing of the liquid within to my guzzleguts monster eating grandson.Overall, the best value I could find with delivery making it better value

My daughter has had reflux from birth and I've had to use carobel (thickener) in her milk; this can make feeding difficult with normal teats as the consistency is too thick to pass through the pin hole on normal teats, even fast flow.I found these by accident in our local supermarket and have to say they are brilliant, my daughter feeds very quickly so these allow her to control the flow and not struggle when she sucks. I started with them when she was 6 weeks and she still uses them now at 7 months.Highly recommended and long lasting, just keep an eye on the cross head opening as when your baby starts to teeth they can accidentally split them and they can also leak easily if the bottle isturned upside down.

Very good, the only snag is with the relief valve. I've found on several teats that the valve is still closed (ie. stuck together when manufactured). This is evident when the teat sucks itself into the bottle as the baby creates a vacuum (air isn't allowed into the bottle to equalise the pressure. It's a very easy fix and I would recommend everyone to check before first use. Just look at the small valve and squeeze the two outside edges together. The two 'lips' should open as if they were saying "ooh" and then close again when pressure released. This proves air can pass from outside in, but milk can't escape outwards.Other than that, no leaks and would buy again. Recommended.

Bought this when it said 3-6m+ as my daughter seemed to be getting upset when drinking from her bottle and we thought it could be because she wasn't getting her milk quickly enough. Item arrived and it was the 0m+ version, contacted amazon and they sent me a replacement free of charge. Again it was the 0m+ I assumed there was an issue with the listing and checking now it has been changed to 0m+I'm not going to mark this down as it works, there's nothing wrong with them and we've been using Tommee Tippee products for my daughter for a few months now and they're brilliant.Amazon are incredibly good and I've always had a brilliant customer service from them.

We use Tommee Tippee bottles and teats purely because they came with our Perfect Prep machine. We have no experience of others. Our baby only has one bottle of formula a day (I breastfeed mostly, but she has one bottle for daddytime at bedtime) and we have experienced no problems in switching between the bottle and the boob. At 31/2 months she had started falling asleep and/or fussing on the bottle. We'd not really thought about needing a different teat until I googled it and a forum suggested trying the next teat up.Suddenly feeding time is simple again! What a revelation! And such a simple solution too. What a bargain for a happier baby and happier daddy.

Our son is a big and hungry baby, and we didn't want to move him onto the Stage 2 teats too early. The vari-flow teat provided the perfect in-between solution. Now he's big enough for the next-size teat, we haven't had to replace them, and we've saved a lot of money! He's a far more efficient feeder on the vari-flow teats, and this keeps him much happier. (He now gets through 8oz in about 15-20 minutes.)One thing: the teat is quite large. It was fine for our big, hungry baby, but smaller babies and newborns would struggle with it.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the vari-flow teats for hungry babies. They saved us a lot of hassle and a lot of money!

I used variflow teats with my 8 month old daughter since she was around 5m so I was already confident with this product. However, I didn't have enough of them when I noticed her no.1 slow flow teats were too slow for her and was getting frustrated. I started shopping for more variflow ones but realised they were a bit expensive and decided to shop around on Amazon and found they were discounted. I bought 2 packs which saved me some money as with most baby products you need all the help you can get when it comes to money. Great product but if your baby has a strong suck she can take in too much milk and cough and splutter but they will get used to it.

Started my little boy on anti reflux milk and because it's a lot thicker the size 1 teats weren't letting any milk through. Tried him on size 2 which were better but he still started to get frustrated. Unwilling to move up to six 3 (he's only 6 weeks old still!) I thought I would try the variflows and they have been a dream! Would highly recommend them! He has ready made milk when we go out for the day and that's not anti reflux so is thinner, and I won't have to worry about changing the test, as these work based on babies needs! Just bought 2 more packs as in 2 day I already feel like I can't live without these!

We switched to these medium flow teats when my baby was around 6 months old. This was when she started regularly having bottles; prior to this she was breastfed and only occasionally had bottles so had been fine to use the slow flow teats. I realised we needed to upgrade flow speed when she was taking a very long time to drink the bottles, sometimes even giving up before the end, and sometimes causing the teats to collapse from sucking so hard! The flow of these has been perfect for several months. We are now having the same signs as before that (at 9 months) we may need to upgrade again to the fast flow ones.
