These come in a pack of 2 in the same packaging as other MAM teats. I had wanted to buy the free flow MAM green spout which my breastfed baby took to when moving on to the bottle at 9 months but they are no longer sold! These teats are not free flow and arre shorter and stubbier but have not been rejected by my baby. So glad to have bought these online as in shops like Boots you can only find them on a sippy cup, which you may not need and I have yet to find the packs of teats available in stores.I use these as a transition teat on my baby's MAM bottles in preparation for using a spout on a beaker once I stop giving him milk in bottles.I would have preffered a free flow spout but these are the next next best option. The teats have two small 'self seal' slits so they look like there is no hole but if you squeeze them they open up. I find when cooling milk you have to squeeze the teat to get the milk out to test the temperature on your wrist which is a bit of a pain but no big deal. Do this over the sink as a fair amount may drip out if squeezed too hard and it may still be reallh hot!I have no trouble cleaning with the MAM brush but any generic bottle brush will do. There are no problems sterilising them and I have found them to be as good as new since first use 2 months ago.

We go some samples of the MAM self-sterilising anti-colic smaller bottles at a baby show. Having never heard of the make previously, we didn't think much of it. Firstly our little one does not like any of the other bottles we gave her but instantly accepted these. They fit really well in her mouth and we have now progressed from teat number 1 to number 2, as she was having to pull quite hard and work too much to get the milk as she got hungrier. The anti-colic valve in these is simple and effective meaning that the pressure within the bottle balance constantly and easily. One of the best things from a parental point of view is how simple these are to clean and sterilise. As they come apart completely, including the base. It means you don't need a bottle cleaner, as you can get to both ends easily. Then, one reassembles it in a slightly different order (instructions are in with them) and with 20ml of water, put it in the microwave and set it off for three minutes and it is sterilised. Reassemble again (careful it will be hot) and hey presto, all ready for the next feed. Brilliant.

Our baby has been on Mam from a very early age and drinks fine. We needed to move onto size 2 teats very quickly as we swapped to thicker anti reflux milk which wouldn’t go through a size 1. He was on size 2 from 6 weeks old. We bought size 3 at 4 months as advised and they drowned him! We tried every month but he just spluttered and coughed non stop, it was far too fast for him. He’s just got to 8 months old and can take the flow so I would definitely advise waiting and not believing the 4 month thing. All the other NCT babies are the same age and still can’t deal with a size 3 - and we are still on the thicker anti reflux milk. They are great though and he takes them easily, but he’s been on them since 3 weeks old (moved from Minbie as he had colic and reflux - sadly Mam bottles did nothing for that). There’s a lot more to sterilise though with Mam bottles!

Well we decided to get these as our 3mo lo is well on her 6oz feeds now, and since being a ganet from birth (her first feed was a 4oz) we decided to get these no2 teats to help her at meal time.First of all I noticed what appears to be an excess of grease coating the teats, after washing them by hand 3 times and then a good boil, eventually the grease came off (this was the same on both packets we purchased)Now as I have zero intention of personally sucking formula through these teats, I cannot pass judgment on how effective they are compared to the size 1 teats, but what I can tell you is that our lo is now drinking her milk 1/3 quicker than before, taking a 20 minute feed to about 12 minutes. So far so good, just a shame the factory don't QA the cleanliness a bit more before selling them

I bought mam bottles after my youngest son didn't take to tommee tippee bottles. He didn't seem to latch onto them very well and tended to make a lot of mess whilst eating. I changed him to mam bottles and the problem was solved. The teats make them very easy for any baby to latch on as they are wide and flat. They are also very soft and easy for him to grip. The medium flow teats were introduced when he was about 6 months old. The teat flow was very good and still gave him some control over how much milk came out but meant that he didn't have to put too much effort into sucking if he was hungry and wanted to food fast. Also allowed me to add things to his milk to make them more filling, like cerelac which went down a treat!

My little boy has been exclusively breast fed until I started offering bottles of formula at 9 months. The number 1 flow teats which came with the free newborn bottles (picked up at the babyshow) were filling him with air as the flow was too slow. I also have the MAM sippy cup which came with a number 3 teat and that was too fast, he was gulping and the milk was spilling all over him. These size 2 teats are the perfect middle ground. Although the age suggestion would predict he would be using a flow 3 teat, I think it largely depends what your baby is used to. There seems to be a good jump between the different flows and for the price it doesn't break the bank to experiment with differentflows.

My daughter has Laryngomalacia and had been put on thickener to have in her milk because mam 1 was still too fast for her, now at 4.5 months the thickener has caused her to have the most awful constipation so we ditched it and opted for the newborn size 0 teats, I am beyond happy with these they are smaller in teat size to the size 1 and up but she's coping with the change and the smaller hole in the top means she doesn't choke and no longer needs thickener.Brilliant product that I don't think many manufacturers if any make a size 0 I will be buying more for my next baby to use from birth, I just wish I'd known of these sooner and saved my lil girl all the trouble the last couple of months

Fantastic teats! I really do love the mam bottles and teats. Surprisingly I only started to use these bottles with my third child who is now twelve weeks and he's used them since birth. I do wish I had used these with my other two as i believe it would of stopped a lot of wind by using these. I highly recommend these teats and bottles. My son has a slight tongue tie and a higher arched mouth which means he can struggle to latch on to the teat and suck correctly. When we saw the specialist she said these are the best bottles for babies to have which mimic the natural breast nipple. As he couldn't latch on these are fantastic substitutes

Teat excellent for cleft palate baby as it is so soft yet doesn't collapse when bitten down on like a latex teat. The softness is important as normal teats just made her gag. Although we were advised because of cleft palate weak suck to use latex, her "bite" was strong and she just kept shutting off the flow. This teat works brilliantly. I have tried all 4 sizes. The size 3 was good when we were using Carobel thickener, the size 2 is best for unthickened milk. We use them with Vital Baby soft silicone bottles so we can squeeze the milk into her mouth (as she can't suck) this is medically called assisted feeding.

After much trial and error, I finally found the perfect combo for my little girl which is these MAM teats with Dr Brown’s bottles.I didn’t like the MAM bottles as found them annoying to assemble and were prone to leaks, but the teats were very good. After trying NUK bottles and not really liking them we finally tried Dr Browns which were much better but still not 100%.I read a few tips online that stated these teats fit Dr Browns so I ordered and I’m so happy I did!My little girl has bad reflux and wind but I’ve seen a huge difference immediately. She is 14 weeks and we’re using size 2.

My baby is like clockwork: all of a sudden she started getting really angry when I was trying to give her a bottle. I wondered if it was because we are weaning (started at 4 months) and babies can sometimes refuse milk in favour of solids. But after doing a quick google I realised it's because she is now 6 months old and number 3 MAM teats are too small for her making it hard work to get the milk! Literally from day one of her turning 6 months she needed X flow teats - and now takes the bottle happily again. Great seller dispatches quickly, good value and I now have a happy baby. Thanks.

I wasnt aware there where size 0 teats. Since using them they have made a complete difference with how my newborn feeds. They slow the flow of milk down by a dramatic amount compared to size 1.My newborn no longer takes in air compared to using teat 1 as flow is compared to using a teat 3 and the milk doesn't dribble down the side of her mouth unless she has wind now.She is taking her milk at a better consistency and is taking pretty much the whole bottle now as to before, as I said would dribble down the side of her mouth.I am very happy with this purchase.

I love the MAM bottles and purchased the cross cut teats for my 17 month old daughter to make it easier for her to drink her thick wholegrain formula. As the teats were advertised for 6 months + on the MAM website I was sure it was the right choice.Unfortunately the milk flows so quickly that my little girl doesn't get a chance to enjoy it and sometimes it even trickles out of her mouth before she swallows. I wish the ages were better researched as clearly this type of teat should aim for much older children. I have now gone back to buy the slower teats.

Had brought two MAM teats sizes one size three and the next size up after that (not used yet) to replace baby's existing size two teats since baby is getting older and to use in baby's spare bottles. First time buying MAM products from Amazon, usually I would buy them from Boots. The MAM teats that was brought from the seller is exactly the same as the sellers page and is also an original MAM products like the size three teats that we already have and they fit perfectly onto baby's MAM anti colic bottles and baby has no problem with the teat at all.

My granddaughter was struggling with the fast flow of stage 1 Tommy Tippee teats & this was the only brand that I could find that did stage 0. Since using them my granddaughter is much happier when bottle feeding & there is no more gulping or milk dribbling down her chin. They seems to enable her to mimic her breastfeeding pattern well by allowing her to pause as needed & to take her time with feeding (she has EBM in them). I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others & I was so happy with them I bought a second set.
