I was very reluctant to purchase these anti-colic bottles as I thought it was a gimmick. Was told to try and use anti-reflux milk to ease the reflux of my little girl. Eventually ended up giving her constipation. So I then turned to these, especially since they were on offer. I have read many reviews of these bottles and I just want to outline my own experience.1. Reviews say the bottles work but leak terribly. Actually, if you tightened the lid too much it clicks and will wobble a little in place. This is avoided by ensuring it is not over tightened. Also, make sure the white circular piece is pushed firmly into the bottle opening before screwing the lid. I have never experienced a leak since doing the above.2.Reviews say that the bottle leaks when milk is warm. There is a strip on the side of the inner vent which turns from blue to a pink if the milk is too hot. Funnily enough, the instruction menu does not mention this. Nevertheless, ensure the strip remains blue when using a desired milk temp as too warm causes the internal pieces to expand therefore causing leaks.3. There is a slit on the end of the inner middle piece. The star shaped piece at the end will need to be pulled apart using a pinch, just like opening a crisp packet. Careful not to pull too hard as the silicone tip can rip all the way. If you manage to do this, you will hear a drastic reduction of air being pulled in by baby every time they suck on the teat.4. Make sure you use the silicone teats that come with the bottles. You can use any tommee tippee ones as replacement but note that used teats tend to lose their rigidity over time and fold in on themselves if baby sucks to hard.Hopefully I haven't missed anything out. I am so thankfuk for these bottles. Has a made a huge positive difference to sleep in the nights. Baby stirs less and seems to be in deep sleep most times now.

There seemingly hundreds of different types of baby bottles, but I find just getting one that your child will use is the most important thing. We have used Tommee Tippee in the past and these new 'Advanced Anti-Colic' bottles seem like an advancement on something that people will already be happy using. The USP is the anti-colic aspects and the inside suggests that this is some futuristic stuff. The straw in the middle draws the gassy air away from the milk. There is also the feature that is on the stem inside that shows if the milk is too hot.All these features are well delivered and families with colic babies will be very happy, but it is still important that the bottle itself is still good for feeding. Therefore, it is nice that Tommee have kept their natural look and feel teat which has proven popular before. The only real issue I have is the extra tech makes the insides more complex and therefore harder to clean. The pack comes with a little bottle brush and you may just have to use it to dislodge any tricky little bits of milks that may get caught around the internal valve. You will sterilise the bottles each time you use them, but it is easier when you can clean them simply. For a colic suffering child, the little extra care and attention needed when cleaning the bottle is not too much of a chore.

In the box you get 3 small bottles. These bottles are for babies especially tiny babies that you want to to give them a fighting chance against colic. Thenbottles are very easy to take apart and sterilise. And they are just as easy to put back together.Newly born babies really don’t need massive bottles of milk, so these are perfect for those tiny ones that only need a few mls every couple of house. With a name like Tommee Tippee you can’t go wrong. And these bottles are perfect. There’s nothing a parent wants more than for their baby to be comfortable. That’s why Tomme Tippee have combined their award-winning breast-like teat with Anti-Colic technology to create the Tommee Tippee Advanced Anti-Colic bottle. The distinctive three piece Anti-Colic technology draws air away from milk and the star valve keeps milk from traveling up the tube meaning 80 Percent less wind, reflux and discomfort. And 100 Percent more smiles. Plus, a built-in heat sensing straw gives you extra reassurance that your milk is just the right temperature so both you and your baby can feed comfortably.

These really are novel baby bottles. For a start they're very well made, tightly constructed and look good too. The lids are secure, yet can be removed without effort, and the pieces cleaned easily. The first thing I did was test the temperature colour section, because it really is difficult to immediately trust such a thing straight off the bat with your newborn. To test I heated water to what I'd say is a bit too hot, and then at the right temperature, and the temperature gauge picked up on the "too hot" water with a bright pink change, and the water I'd call "just right" for the baby, was a nice even purple. The heat sensing tube gradually changes as the milk cools too, showing that it's nice and sensitive.I like the construction of the inner bottle, where milk is prevented from gathering air, with air also being prevented from being taken by the baby on its own. It's a really good kind of "safety net" feature, preventing a problem that the uninitiated may miss to start off with. I think these help a lot and are well worth the money.

I love these bottles because they come in a handy size which is perfect for my newborn. The wide neck bottle makes it easy to fill, the design makes it comfortable to hold and the measurements on the bottle are clear and easy to read. Bottle holds 150ml or 5oz of fluid.Bottles are a bit on the pricey side though but I am guessing this is because it is made by a reputable brand and comes with additional features like the heat sensor and anti colic mechanism. To be honest, I find the heat sensor a bit of a novelty and still check the temperature of my baby’s feed the traditional way. It is indeed a lovely bottle and if the price isn’t an issue then go for it. However,if you are considering buying this on the basis of the heat sensor mechanism then, as stated previously, this is all a novelty that you can do without.

We are pretty sure these bottles have gone toward making a difference to the horrendous colic affecting our few week old baby. However we have used them in conjunction with a variety of medicines so it's hard to say what is having the most effect. She does seem to burp up less air though which I would put down to the bottles. I would highly recommend reading all the instructions on assembly and cleaning as well as how to avoid and treat blockages in the tube. They are definitely fiddly to use, maintain and clean. The colour changing strip is (imo) useless as the colour difference between too hot and just right is red to a reddish purple which you're supposed to see through a milky bottle.Better off just testing yourself.

These bottles were for my twins when they were first born as they only drank small amounts and it was easier to track what they had using the scale on the side of these bottles.I chose the advanced comfort system as my daughter guzzles her bottles however, I don't think it made the slightest bit of difference. They also leak like a sieve when you've used them for a while, especially when you're mixing the powder. Having looked at other peoples reviews on these bottles AFTER buying them, the leak seems to be very commonplace. Tommee Tippee do tell you to make these bottles in a certain way which doesn't involve shaking the powder, whether this stops them leaking or not, I don't know.

Hats off to Tommie Tippee as this is an excellent product. It’s a very natural feeling from the teat at the end to the general feel of holding the bottle. It has to be one of the best bottles out there in terms of safely - anti colic features, BPA free and the straw that changes colour if you don’t have the temperature quite right. Easy to clean too. Highly recommended. Because this is is a multipack you get quite a bit of saving. We’ve bought an individual bottle before to try it out and wish we’d just went for this set instead. Be aware that this is the 150ml bottle set and they they also do a similar set for 250ml if you need something a bit bigger.

These Tommee Tippee bottles aren’t used exclusively; only perhaps a couple of times per week as a brief respite from breastfeeding and to give Daddy a feeding experience. The bottles are a good size and the shape means that they are easy to hold and handle. The only mild colic experienced so far has been following breastfeeding; no issues following this bottle use. The heat sensing tube is a clever idea but it’s not something I’ve used to ensure milk temperature is correct. Quite pricey but no issues with these bottles at all; but then I might not be saying that if they were the sole feeding method.

All tommee Tippee bottles are some of the best baby bottles you can possibly buy. Although I would warn anyone who has a pre or very early born baby away from tommee Tippee owing to the fact that the seats are quite hard, anyone with a baby who was born at full term should be more than capable of dealing with the suction required to extract the milk. These are easily some of the best bottles you can possibly buy and I would completely recommend them to all friends and family and quite frankly I actually have recommended them to friends and family.

Tommee are a trusted brand and these Anti-Colic feeding bottles will help maintain that reputation. They are well made easy to fill and, out grand daughter anyway, finds the teats a breeze to use. The shape, along with the use of an inner tube, within the bottle means there's less chance of unwanted air bubbles being sucked up by the baby. So reducing the risk of colic. The plastic of the inner tube is also heat sensitive, so should you accidentally have the milk too warm it will change colour as a warning. Great feeding bottles at a great price.

Have used Tommee Tippee bottles for both my little ones and they really are the best bottles on the market in my opinion.Reasonably priced, though not exactly cheapWidely stockedPlenty of accessories availableIt is hard to find other makes of bottles that meet all their industry leading advantages and these ones are no different. The heat sensor is a bit of a gimmick in all honesty and not really much use... I'd much rather it was done away with and the price dropped a little instead but that really is the only grumble I have.

Excellent Tommee Tippee product. I used Tommee Tippee products for my children, grandchildren and have now got great grandchildren. These bottles come in a pack of 3. The have a wide neck for easy filling and hold 5ozs or 150mls of fluid. Both measures are clearly marked in increments. There is technology to help reduce colic and prevent liquid that is too hot being give to baby. Handy size does new baby but as baby grows they are equally useful for giving baby drinks of water of juice. Easy to clean and sterilise. Love them

These work out to £6.00 per bottle, so there are cheaper out there on the market, but we've used Tommee Tippee for a long time and the quality is good. These have anti colic tech in them, which is such a blessing and works well. The breast shaped teat is great design and can be helpful for making the connection easier. We rather like the heat sensing tube - a good visual indicator for reassurance, but you're still going to test it on your hand I'm guessing - I know we do!

We’ve definitely noticed a decrease in wind and gas related discomfort since switching to these bottles. The assembly can be a little fussy in the middle of the night but it’s worth it. We switched back to the normal Tommee Tippee bottles when our baby started needing more than 150 ml per feed as we already had them and weren’t sure how these were working. We noticed enough of a resurgence in wind and gas discomfort in her that we ordered the 210 ml version as well.
