I’m a Thule fan, and have several items of luggage. This is my second backpack, which I bought having used an alternative popular brand for a City break and regretted it. I travel frequently and need something which is comfortable whilst looking decent in a business context. The chest strap is a must for me - when it’s adjusted and fastened it takes the weight off my shoulders and therefore the suit jacket, leaving the jacket looking far less crumpled and the load easier to carry.Good organization of contents, especially the side access for laptop (and iPad, though there is a dedicated sleeve in the pack) if I’m in a hurry. Quality of materials and build is as expected with Thule. FYI,

Used for one trip only, good impression, sturdy, comfortable to carry on the back.However 2 minor points -The very front part is actually enclosed, without zip hence no access. Is there a good reason for this design? From a simple point of view, it's bit waste to leave some space but cannot access?Not like some other bags, you cannot squeeze many small things as you want. I think the bags with structural design are like this. If you want to stretch the capacity, better to get a bag without much structural design.My current feeling is that the bag is very good for what it has been designed to do (carrying laptop, work-related), but less flexible for holidays.

This is a great quality backpack. It is durable, reasonably water resistant and very comfortable. It is big enough for me to go to the office with my lunch and my gym clothes + shoes. The only issue i found (and the reason for the four stars) is the fact that the front-secondary compartment doesn't really "open" enough.. It is a struggle to get your hand deep down inside. If the main compartment is full, then it is impossible, which makes this compartment essentially useless.

Top build quality and looks class. Well thought out pockets and laptop side access zip is genius.Use it for work laptop (small notebook), notepad etc and usually 1-2 days clothes + wash things and is just about the right size for that.Plus, it's comfortable to wear. Would say this bag is a benchmark for mid sized laptop backpack.

I've had this model for over a year now, been using it on business trips on a weekly basis. The bag still looks brand new. Extremely durable, comfortable and you can fit an awful lot in it. Also specifically bought this version due to zipper in the side, allowing you to quickly take my laptop out for airport security.

Absolutely fantastic bag!! I have used this bag as a daily commuter, where it is filled to the brim normally, I also took the bag to the Inca trail, and it did not falter, was comfortable enough although the bag is not designed for trekking.As a bag for work, and bringing your gym gear along, cannot falter it.

Great for commuting and short haul travel. Swallows everything I need to haul when travelling for work or just heading to office. Laptop is safe and secure, but easily accessible via the side zip. Power bank pocket and cable routing is very useful. Comfortable to carry no matter how full it is.

My son uses this book for school & loves all the different compartments. We did have an issue with one of the straps on the first one, it was exchanged without any issues.Great bag, plenty of space & strong

Love it. The is my third Thule bag and they never cease to disappoint me. Awesome bag, holds everything I want for daily use or an overnight stay and looks great.

Really great quality, this is my second bag and very happy with it. My last bag lasted 7 years daily use as my work commute bag.
