On the plus side, I liked the non-slip material and solid, durable construction of this board. On the minus side I found it too stable and easy to balance on. I also felt it was too small to comfortably place my feet in a balancing position. I'm not a youngster and have just had a knee operation which has left my knee muscles temporarily weak, so if I find this board too easy I'm not sure who it would suit. The rocker board my physio uses is extremely difficult to balance on but I prefer that as it is more likely to lead to useful improvement. I have returned this board and ordered a wobble board with a ball-shaped wooden rocker and wider base which hopefully will be more challenging.
