I bought this when the band I received from the physio snapped into several progressively small pieces (after a lot of use) and I am very impressed (I picked the green one because my last physio one was green and I thought this would be the best bet for similarity). Lovely weight to it - not impossibly tough, but not super easy in that I do feel my muscles are being nicely stretched. I have tension related pain and I've noticed a reduction when I started my new regimen - of which playing with this band is a part of! I am not sure whether this band can be cut into smaller sizes (it's LONG) but I'm okay with keeping it big and just letting it trail on the floor when I'm using it. I just love this,

I have always used this brand and I’m very pleased with it ahter all these years. I got used to the different resistances according to their colour coding, and when tried another brands, was not the same level of resistance. Also did not find them more durable.

Proved very useful for exercising my frozen shoulder. My wife used it as exercise aid after her knee replacement and is very pleased with the speed of recovery

Needed this in a hurry, so I don't think I bought it at the best price, but it is a genuine Thera-Band product and it arrived within the delivery estimates

Delivery very quick. Exactly as described. very good product for exercising and for whole body workout. Used it to improve posture and body strength.

Much more powerfull than I anticipated, there should be a scale to compare the various ratings by colour.
