Was given a pink version of this product by my physio, so wanted to get the same brand again. Am very happy. Original pink band has withstood hundreds of uses without any tearing or other problems. Have used for a shoulder rotator cuff. Am planning to use this higher resistance band for general progressive exercise. Much better than lifting heavy weights.

I have used Thera - Band exercise band before so I was familiar with the product. This time I went for the extra heave blue 5.5m. By going for the 5.5m I was able to make up various lengths for different exercises. I also bought the handles to go with this . Great bit of kit ,fits in your pocket and ideal for taking on holidays to keep you toned up.

I found that to get the required load with the green band they were overloaded and did not last. With this you can have the same load with a longer band that is not overstretched.

It is spot on for slingshots. But it could be a little stronger.yes it's a good product to thank you for your services..

I bought this and the black as part of my physio and it gets daily use. Very good and so far lasting well.
