speedy delivery, great quality product - I always recommend it.i have three different types of thera-bands - the blue is the weakest from them.the case is VERY handy and the band comes with a book with exercises, unfortunately in German, but looking at the photos and some common sense should be enough to get the idea how to use it :)

This is roughly the mid strength Theraband that the company makes. Great for strengthening those rotator cuff muscles after my shoulder op!Case is unnecessary in my opinion but some people might like it. This band will last me a long time.I would recommend it.

I've been using Thera-Band for some leg strengthening exercises recommended by my physio to avoid knee pain. They do the job. Thera-Band recommends avoiding leaving the bands in sunlight. I'm hoping the zip bag helps with this and lends longer life to the band.

Good product at a good price. Instructions are in German but fortunately all exercises have full illustrations. The product is a genuine theraband
