First impressions - good quality materials, feels good, fits well, very pleased, zip feels a bit strange.To begin with, I purchased this when it was reduced, RRP on some brands such as The North Face always seem higher to me than they should be.I have just received and unpacked the jacket, very pleased with it.I was a bit apprehensive about the colour, as it does appear VERY bright red in the pictures, however, the colour seems a slightly deeper red in real life.Seems like it should do the job in rain, the hood is a good shape and fit to keep the rain out. I was a bit concerned that it looks quite short in the pictures, but, for me at least the length seems fine.As has been said in previous reviews,

I have had the same jacket for 2 years but with a winter lining. Now without lining and luckily it fits well. I am 180cm and quite wide and heavy (108 kilos) so I have them in XL. My son is thin, 190 cm and his size is M better. The sleeves are long, so if you are thin and narrow, keep that in mind, take a smaller size. I put on the new unlined jacket today with 11 degrees and a short sleeve blouse and that was warm enough. The insulated is more for lower temperatures or with strong wind or on a bicycle, or if you get cold quickly.

A replacement for my identical two year old jacket which was starting to show signs of wear and tear. I love these TNF jackets. They are very comfy and are priced well. Glad I could take advantage of next day deliver using my prime account and get it in time for our holiday to Italy. Always wear TNF. Can’t go wrong with these jackets.

Hi, I wanted to have some information about this jacket, I wanted to know if it was suitable to take it to Iceland for a week-long vacation where the temperature has reached a minimum of -6 °. Obviously I will not just put this jacket in the case but I will dress in layers; but I would have used the jacket more like snow and raincoat.

Super good wind and waterproof jacket from The North Face. We have tried many jackets that were too short in the sleeves, but this one has the lovely long sleeves that allow you to ride a bike without having two halev just arms. Quality jacket, no doubt. Fast shipping, and without problems.

I just went out for the first time with my jacket north face, in a bad weather. Despite the cold, rain and wind, No worries of tightness, the jacket is doing very well job. I am delighted with my purchase and highly recommend it. The prices are very reasonable, and the delivery is perfect.

the truth that everything is perfect, the only downside that I can put that is not even that is that in my opinion the sleeves are very wide in the upper part of the arm, it feels very wide in that part but great. When I try it with the wind I will see how it is but for now great.

A TNF classic, a minimalist design with details that make this jacket something special. Waterproof to water, a hood that you can adjust and leave only the eyes in sight. It fits below so you do not get air. Perfect anger with a thermal down and winter will not be a problem.

After 3 months from the purchase of the product, it has not arrived yet and indeed, they told me that my package was lost, I had to fill out a letter of complaint to the postal service and to date no refund and no news. Strongly discouraged the purchase on trekkinn.com

The jacket is light, but superb. It's waterproof and holds heat. Excellent for the harsh elements like rain and wind. I like it so much I want to purchase the heavier one for when the temperature really drops to blizzard conditions. I will give 10/10 !!!!

Excellent jacket, but the numbering indicated by the site comes much bigger. In my case that I have 1.76 in height and weight 80 kg the site indicated the purchase of size L that corresponds to the number G here in Brazil. The jacket was huge.

Excellent jacket to use as a windbreak and to protect from the rain due to its good impermeability. Multi-purpose for use in the mountains or in the city. Being somewhat wide, it allows its use with other layers. Very good price.

A very good jacket for a great price. Is completely windproof and waterproof, I was able to test it immediately in this wet weather! I am very satisfied with this jacket, I wear it every day, cycle 14 kilometers every day.

Saw this in JD Sports, at one price. Amazon'd it and it was over £30 cheaper for exactly the same thing. Score one for amazon. Brilliant bargain and exactly the same. More importantly, my son loves it!!!
