I was so looking forward to buying this product and while I really love the look of it, I do have mixed feelings for a couple of the shades. Let's start with the pros: the packaging is so cute! The way that the palette is laid out, with the little figures and the tilted pans, is very aesthetically appealing, and a clever take on the "nude" eyeshadow. I liked the inclusion of the little double-ended brush, although it wasn't the highest quality it could possibly be- it's small and cute, and feels good on the eyelids although the bristles are a little stiff. One end is an eyeliner brush, and the other is very good for packing on a lot of pigment onto the eyelids although obviously not too great for blending.The colours themselves come in a good range of mattes, shimmer shades and a very glittery shade, which makes it a very diverse palette. The names of the shadows are also cute (I am so glad they changed the name of the Schizo shadow, I was not comfortable with that)- you get Sassy, which is a very pigmented pearlescent white and looks gorgeous as a corner highlight; Snobby, a peachy-pale yellow with fine glitter in it; Stubborn, a rose pink with the lightest hint of shimmer; Stand-offish, which is a similar colour and so beautifully shimmery and therefore my favourite shadow; Selfish, a shimmery brown; Sultry, a matte brown with slightly yellowish tones; Sophisticated, which is more glittery than shimmery and which seems more toned down and accurately named; Seductive, which is a beautiful gold-brown shimmer; Silly, which is I think the most glittery colour in the palette, deep purple-ish brown with red glitter; Serious, a very deep and pretty matte black and finally Sleek, a matte dark brown. They are all wonderfully pigmented, especially the pink and white shadows. The lighter colours are definitely my favourites, although I may be biased as I will always love lighter shadows.And here we come to the cons. Sexy, which is a matte red-burgundy shade and which I absolutely loved in all the photographs I had seen of the palette and the reviews I watched, and in the pan itself, failed to translate to skin in the same way. I don't know if it's just my lids, but it comes out much darker than it seems in the pan, loosing its red tones and becoming almost a muddy grey, which is a huge shame. Its a beautiful colour in the palette and would probably look wonderful on other people, but is just not the right shade for me. A second issue is that the heavily pigmented shadows have a tendency to bleed out of their pans a little, which is a shame as it discolours the lovely packaging.Overall, you can clearly see that the pros outweigh the cons. This is a very lovely palette, and one that I would definitely recommend.

I was a bit wary of this being a fake palette but I received it today and I'm sure it's genuine. If it was fake it wouldn't have the weird barcode bit to search for something on smartphones, the writing would be blurry and the palette packaging would be more black and white instead of sepia toned. Also the fake ones slide out of the sleeve easily whereas the real ones fit in the sleeve very snugly. The real ones have very clean packaging (no wrinkles from a rushed glue job) and the shade "sexy" is a nice reddish tone (the fake ones are more of a slightly red/taupe). The tab to remove the brush is tidy and short in the real palettes whereas the fake ones are too long and generally tend to be frayed.Overall I'm very pleased, there's a lovely big mirror and the colours are exactly as pictured and very pigmented! :D

Despite what other comments may say, I LOVE this pallette!! It's so pigmented and I defiantly feel like it blends super easy into the crease to create a nice natural look. My one concern was one or two or the colours can be quite crumbly, therefore if you push your brush in had it will create a dent and lots of fallout. One other thing is the brush that comes with it is a waste of time I have found, as about 2 months after I it this pallette the brush was starting to break from one side of it. Overall though, this is a fantastic pallette- Well done balm you've done it again!?the picture attached is how it looked when it arrived

The palette I bought was so gorgeous, highly pigmented, definitely not a fake as it didn't have any of the signs of a fake and the delivery didn't even take that long. The only downside was the packaging used to ship the palette was just a cardboard sleeve and was not very sturdy so the mirror was broken when it was delivered, if this hadn't happened I would give 5 stars. I would still highly recommended purchasing this product if you're on the lookout for a new palette.

I really like these so far, I've only used them maybe twice a week but they do make a difference, my skin feels lovely when I take them off and the cooling feeling is such a relief after a night shift, I still have dark circles under my eyes but it's early days and the added conditioning of my skin is making my foundation stay on longer anyway. will definitely order again but hopefully from the uk as these came from china and took about a month to get to me.

Recieved mine today its a geniune balm palette im really happy with my purchase I've tryed the colours today they blend easily all the colours are pigmented and feel nice soft and buttery to its texture u can create both day natural looks and night glamour looks very easily with this palette i just love it every girl should have this beautiful nude palette in my opinion i think it actually beats the UD naked palettes.

Great product. Was a bit hesitant as I have sensitive skin. But caused no problems or irritations. Tried every night for 7 nights. Easy to apply & they don't fall so u don't have to be lying flat, u can apply while doing things around the house. Great results after 7 nights, I could actually notice the difference after a couple of applications. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Using for a good while. Was paying a pound a pack on eBay. Price very good. These do work especially on tired , red or dark circled eyes. They also help with laughter lines.Usually wear overnight or during the day until they dry in a couple of hours. No they don't fall off so you can do your day to day work.

I have been using this palette for almost three weeks now and it is excellent, it is a nude palette but it has a good selection and it is very slim in size which would be good for travelling as well. The item arrived within the delivery allocated time period very well packaged.

Gorgeous palette! Great selection of shades (matte and shine finish) for both day and night make up routines... Pigmentation is fantastic and there is hardly any fallout. Got this half price and it was beyond worth it. I've jumped onto theBalm bandwagon!! Someone stop me...

I am in love with this palette. The colours are super pigmented and bright, they are absolutely gorgeous! They are super easy to blend and the colours are perfect for any natural or bold look. Plus the little brush it comes with is also a really great brush for application.

I had low expectations for this product at first, having never heard of the brand when i purchased it. How wrong was i to doubt!! These colours are perfect for everyday or work use, great pigmentation, long lasting, brilliant variety. So, so pleased with this! Fab product.

This is the absolute best eyeshadow palette I own, TheBalm never fails <3You can pretty much get anything from TheBalm and it will be amazing quality for a very good price, but this is my favorite item from them.Quick delivery also. - Nothing but love from me <3

Lovely and cooling for the under eye area. Under eye pads quite full of collagen liquid so recommend laying down when applying . I usually have under eye lines but after use I could see a visible difference to my under eye area. Looking forward to using again.

Bought as a christmas present for bestfriend and was very suprised at how pretty it was, also came with a primer! quick and reliable delivery great for xmas and a lovely range of colours and shades, brush easy to use and good size pallette for the price!!
