I had to send for a second one due to the first having been damaged in transit, this was not the sellers fault. I had excellent service from him and now have a second shredder in perfect working order. I cannot recommend this firm enough. The product are great and worth every penny and the customer service is second to none. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and want to say thank you very much for the wonderful service

Great shredder, tends to get jammed if you're impatient and try to do more than 3 or 4 sheets at a time, but easy to resolve any issues by making it go backwards and forwards.

It's ok great value for the price. It only jams if you put more than 3 sheets and if the sheets are not straight.
