The Teva Terra Float Universal is a perfect walking sandal. It really feels like you are floating on air. Great support and perfect shock absorption. They feel like a professional hiking shoe but the only thing that connects your feet with the sandal are two simple straps. They feel extremely comfortable and soft. I have worn them every day now for three months and I'm still very happy. My previous Teva's smelled like hell so I throw them away. These Teva's don't smell but I clean my feet and sandals once a day with a wet tissue. I still love them. I think Teva did a great job! I bought two more pairs to put in my closet because I hate it when a company changes the concept of a shoe or if you can not buy them at all anymore after a few years.

These shoes are great for hiking, much lighter than chacos. They work well when wet but can give you blisters if you wear them all day, at least until you break them in. The reason I gave them 4 stars is that I wish the straps were a little shorter. I don't think my feet are unusually thin or anything, but when i strap the straps tightly there is a lot of strap that hangs over and doesn't velcro. Other than that, I love them for summer, hikes, and walking through creeks or waterparks.

Like the snaffles, just have a slight issue with the padding for the toe strap loop through bar, the bar digs in sometimes. Yet to try them out on the beach and in the sea.

I have wide foot and the straps were not too long, in fact just right. I guess they would be a little wide for someone with a narrow foot.

Teva is Teva always. I have using this type of sandals for many years and on camping. Excellent design and performance.

I love my Olukai sandals but these are great. Good to feel connected at the heels.
