It was bought to replace a similarly sized pan with damage. This pan being heavier gives a reassuring feel when in use and I find the handle comfortable to use.The handle is not attached to the pan by riviting through the pan so cleaning is quicker and simpler.The pan has been used on both induction and ceramic hobs and the heat distribution is excellent.I have had no problem with the non-stick surface, though I never use low fat sprays these days as they seemed to be causing me problems with other pans until I discontinued their use.I like the shape of the sides that seem more practical when turning or otherwise manouvering food.Whilst this may be slightly more expensive than some others I

This is the third one purchased, replacements for well known expensive French pans, very pleased with these except that this latest one was for poaching eggs and seems difficult to clean afterwards.

This pan was to replace the pan I brought a few years back, it heats up very quick on a low setting on our Induction Cooker, very nice indeed.

Solid, heavy snd well made but the handle is not comfortable to hold and quite a hravy pan exagerates this design issue, i may return.
