You see lots of reviews of bathroom scales complaining of poor accuracy. The key to accuracy and reproducibility is a firm base. Don't expect any scale to work well on carpet. The framework will twist. We have to use ours on a carpet, so I stood it on a 12" square ceramic tile. It's dead accurate (tested with 56lb weights) and dead reproducible. Get off and weigh yourself again. The only slight problem is it takes my full weight in the middle to turn it on. Just a tap on the edge doesn't work.

These were bought for my aged Mum as she needs to monitor fluid build up in her body (she's recently been hospitalised with it). The large display makes it easy to keep a daily track of weight gain incase it is fluid build up. It's in lbs & ounces or kilos, not stones & lbs, so gives a more precise reading.

At long last I have found a scale with digital figures that are big enough for me to read! This is an outstanding item and I highly recommend this to anyone seriously needing to lose weight as I do. It gives a precise reading of body weight.

These scales are bang on accurate i tested them with me and my boyfriend getting on and off them multiple times and they were dead on.Only negative is i wish they displayed stones and not just pounds.

Accurate with easy to read display. With the pounds I have printed off a chart showing pounds & ounces so no problem. Also light to carry so store in box when not in use. Very pleased with it.

Ideal for older people who may have trouble reading the display. Really clear large numbers. Easy to use, but is rather expensive.

Arrived well packed and prompt. Easy to use and read. Flashes and then stops with your weight. Turns off by itself
