Im a "tool bag o holic". I've got a rucksack, aluminium briefcase, open tote, shoulder bag, technician tool case type etc - I've spent hundreds the last 10 years, but have never been totally satisfied until now. This is easily the best case/bag I've owned, a list that contains GT Tools, Makita, CK Magma, Bahco................ I'd been looking at it for ages, it's fairly expensive which I didn't mind but didn't want to buy another 'meh' bag that I was only mildly happy with.I'm super impressed, and wish I had bought it 2 years ago when I first saw it. In fact, I'm so impressed I'm going to buy another one because as a mobile engineer my tools are broken down into categories like plumbing, electrical,gas/oil etc.I can put a 5 rung ladder onto it as I wheel it through town centres on my way to customers, its so easy to manoeuvre.More colours please Stanley, red/orange/green etcEDIT - UPDATEAfter approx 18 months of use I can give a more long term opinion of this case. The internal storage has held up very well, and is still gripping my tools fine. The handle is still functioning as it did when new. The wheels are smooth and silent when running. The outside has started to scratch up a bit from coming into contact with my other boxes in my boot, but isn’t too bad. The clasps are as good as when new, holding the box firmly closed. So, still very happy with the case, I can see it serving me for years to come yet.

I work in the food industry where you need to see at a glance that everything in your toolbox is present and correct. That is so easy with this box. The rigid divider ensures meters are kept safe under the cover. The storage is quite versatile and the pull out top section even has enough room to store a mallet within the lid space. I have been using it for a couple of months now and it has stood up to a tough life well. It is pretty water resistant too which is a bonus. Larger spanners will be a problem which means it is probably more suited to electrical and instrument trades where 19mm is probably the largest spanner needed.I have used other boxes but for me this is the most intelligent design I have come across in a toolbox that needs to be carried occasionally.

I'm a gas service technician using this every working day for the last 20 months. Although expensive, you get what you pay for. I have it packed with tools and although it is a bit heavy (19kg), it it easily transportable. Very robust set of wheels. I've walked miles in a day without problems. It's lockable, rain proof and the internal compartments can be adjusted to fit size of tools. I have had no issues with the hinges, carrying handle or wheels (or anything else). From experience this must be the most versatile and durable tool box available and is highly recommended.Dec 2018 Update - still in use after another 10 months intensive use, with no problems experienced.

This toolcase just set new standards for me. There is some modification possible for the lower compartment with those partitions included. And the upper part is perfect for screwdrivers, spanners etc. There are rubber holders inside those those brackets. Some of the brackets are open at the bottom for longer screwdrivers and some are closed for smaller ones.Overall quality seems to be pretty good. Case is solid, hinges and latches are metal and the rubberwheels roll gently. I'm very satisfied with purchase. I definitely can recommend this, if you need good case for your tools and you want them to be in order and easy to access.

I'm a service engineer and I've been using this case for about a week so far. The construction is sturdy and the tool organisation is fantastic, it makes finding and locating the tool you need extremely efficient and makes my life a whole lot easier. The customers are impressed by the look as well. The bottom of the case has a big section with dividers that you can customise for your own needs. In short his is probably the best tool box I've ever used! It's a shame it doesn't come in black though, as black gives a more professional impression in my opinion and less of the construction worker look!

Some of the plastic bits in the case seem to be a bit hard (brittle) and time will tell if this is the case. The areas witht the yellow rubber flaps for holding the tools in place are quite good, but some of the trays are too narrow to hold my side cutters as well as my pliers as the handles for them are quite thick. Apart from that, it seems good so far, but in fairness, it is still very early days for me to write a proper full review.

I’ve been using Fatmax rucksacks for years but thought I’d give my shoulder a break this time round. Very sturdy (used it to stand on occasionally) with lots of space inside and it accommodates my varying tool sizes well. Struggling to find a con other than I wish that it had a smaller handle on the top to make it easier to carry up and down flights of stairs without having to rotate to use the handle on the side.

This tool case is the best I've ever used and I have had a number over My 40 + years of work even when I think it's full there's room for a bit more, as for your other reviewer I can assure him it is tough as mine has stood up to being thrown down stairs dropped taking it out of a vehicle and is still in tact which is why I've given it 5 stars, well deserved.

Great tool case would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that one of the rivets was missing and some of the others were loose and not crimped properly. Nothing a couple of nuts and bolts didn't cure.Other than that great ?

Absolutely perfect for getting about on the train and fits my tools in perfectly too. I took the gubbins out as didn't require them and that was simple to do also. A little pricey but case all in all.

As an installation, commissioning technician freelancing to the food industry this box is manageable and convenient for my most required tools.
