I've just purchased a new Sony camcorder and wanted a spare battery for holidays etc so as not to worry about getting a flat battery and rendering the camera useless until a recharge can be made. Prompt delivery and the capacity is also better than that supplied with the camera, so between the two I shouldn't have to worry. Excellent.

the battery was as described, in fact I was surprised that it was appears to be a genuine sony battery.It was delivered within the expected time quoted. AsI have not used it yet I cannot comment any further but I I expect it to be O K.

very good both in delivery and product , unlike previous purchase from another supplier which did not fit my sony camcorder (despite being advised it did ) this did works fine and half the price bought elsewhere .. would recommend

Ordered and received next day. Exactly what I needed to back up the battery supplied with the camera, which is fairly lightweight. Same size and not much heavier. I've now got enough capacity to shoot plenty of HD video.

I needed a longer life battery as I was away and had sporadic opportunity to charge my cam, this battery meant I comfortably lasted between charges and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Sony and Amazon.

I am so pleased with this purchase, the battery on first use lasted over 2hrs of stop start usage. Works perfectly with my Sony video camera. Would defo buy from this supplier again. Arrived quickly too.

Great product, great price and great service. I would recommend anyone to buy from here, however i wish i had ordered the larger type battery for longer life but this one is compact and works very well.

This battery is the Sony branded replacement. It works perfectly, charges well, and gives a longer battery life than the one supplied with the camcorder. Delivery was super quick - what's not to like?

Longer life than battery supplied with original camera and only slightly larger. I use it in preference to the original, which I keep as back-up since I often use it away from an electricity supply

Just charged from mains charger (from Amazon). By all accounts the FV50 doubles my recording time shown for the FV30.If this is correct then I'll award it 5/5. Time will tell.

It's good being able to purchase the genuine item and not being misled into buying an inferior item.I am very pleased with price I paid and the speed of delivery.

This battery is a great back up for the one supplied with the camera, gives bags of extra power, quick to charge, bargain at this price and its the real thing.
