I bought this dear little camera for my 6yo grandson for Christmas, because I loved the look of it the moment I saw it. Sadly though, as the next of kin, and having a Power of Attorney, I received a phone call a few days later and had to dash 300 miles to be with an elderly relative who had fallen, fractured his hip, and subsequently died - so I was unable to wrap, and give any of my 2018 Christmas presents. Hopefully, I’ll have a Christmas when I get home, and rectify the situation.However, I did manage to open the package before I left home, and take some photos of the contents. I bought this action camera for my 12 year old daughter (although I believe it is marketed at younger children) because we bought one for ourselves and she has been asking for one in the weeks since.She is very much into photography and is always talking about ‘aesthetics’ and art, so this camera is perfect for her, because she is also able to record video.What we really like about this camera is that it obviously comes with a waterproof case, so you are able to take pictures and film with it underwater.We have also recently purchased for her a scuba diving mask, and we plan to use the 2 together soon, when we go on our weekend breaks and holidays to the beach,

We have thoroughly enjoyed using this camera on holiday in Portugal (particularly my husband!) whilst we were swimming and snorkeling. It really stood up to the job and we got some great footage. Considering this is a very affordable camera to tackle these kind of projects, the results are very pleasing. It's great to see our daughter get used to using a camera that we can all download the images off and view properly as a family. There are lots of attachments too that we are looking forward to using when cycling or on other activities. We do have other high spec cameras that obviously capture a better quality image but this DROGRACE CAMERA seems indestructible and resisliant to little hands.

Really good little camera. My 7yr old was originally after the vTech version and I'd meant to review it against the GoPro but given how cheap this was (£17.99) we took a leap of faith. Have to say we're really impressed. Only been playing with it for a day but so far it seems really good. Very simple to use and seems like very decent build quality (I'll amend my review if that changes). We went with the red/Christmas model because it was half the price of the others and the GUI is a little odd but doesn't cause any problems. Comes with decent accessories too. There's no internal storage so you NEED an SD card to save pictures but there's an offer within the packaging to apply for one upon

This is a great little camera. My not particularly tech savvy 8 year old uses it with ease, and so does the 6 year old.You can see the picture quality is great too which is a real boost in a kids item.The controls are dinky, but adult fingers can manage them, and they all have pictures on so you know what they do!! When it goes into its waterproof case the buttons can still be operated.Connecting to the PC to download pictures is straightforward matter too.It's a real pleasure to buy an item like this and to find it so easy to use and for it's performance to be so good at the price.The side of the box shows how to set up the accessories so don't discard it until you've had a good look!!

We bought this camera to go along with our 4 yo daughter new bicycle. She still hasn't tried the camera with the bike (just got it for Christmas!...), but those are definitely very convenient and the entire set seems of very good quality for a kid to bring around. Also, it is very easy to deal with, in 5 minutes my girl already figured most of it out. It is very small, perfect for small hands, but it does work properly as a simple photo/video camera, for close shots. Also, found very funny the effects they can put on their photos, only a few, but enough, since the idea is not for a kid to be searching for special features, but actually use the camera!So far, so good. Will recommend.

So like most things when ordering on line i generally take it that most things are OK with build quality and attachment but this little thing really did impress me, I'm looking forward to see how this works in the real world of kids and playing .The box is good quality with a plastic wrapping s for anyone worried on Covid-19 can at least know they only need to remove the plastic and not have to worry too much about contaminated surfaces.Anyway very happy with the purchase :)Ease of use, i would say yes if you read the manual first don't try to guess it (took me 5 mins to work out that the top buttons also worked in the menu)

My 4 year old grandson wanted an action camera like his Dad... this fitted the bill perfectly and he was taking pics and video straight away (I had set it up and repacked it for a Christmas present).It is built very well and the waterproof housing looks like it’s going to work - probably in the bath until we gets to the sea-side... The clamps and fittings are “go-pro” compatible and fit on his scooter for the action shots he wanted.This model is for Christmas - with Christmas patterns and decorations... I probably should have chosen the blue for boys version. Happy to recommend - apart from the “game” which is a bit tame.

My daughter loves this camera and is so excited that it can be used underwater! It will be great for our holiday. We have been using it with the water case on all the time to protect the camera when it's attached to the bike just in case.It's a shame there is no longer a case that comes with it for all of the bits as in the customer review photos but we've found something at home which will do just as well so not a big problem.A really good feature are the fun frames and colors you can add to the pics and with a bit of practice my 4 year old is doing this all by herself. It's also a really good compact size. Recommend!

We bought this for my three year old who’s currently obsessed with cameras. We’ve been through a few digital cameras but this is our first waterproof/go pro one. It was also the cheapest by far when compared to others I was looking at.My three year old was really impressed with the mounting equipment and the waterproof case adds a bit of protection necessary for a clumsy three year old. We’re going away soon and he’s really excited to be able to use it on the water slides.We already had an SD card but received an offer for a free one with the packet, another added bonus!

With this being a gift for my little niece for christmas, I thought this would be a great present. She is creative and a dab hand with PC software etc. I saw this and thought it was ideal. It is a good camera with a decent resolution, good features (battery save, filters) and comes with additional mounts etc. The waterproof casing will be handy for her holidays, but the Christmas theme may not be the best for other times of the year. Easy to use, nice packaging, but cannot be used with a seperate memory card purchase (unless you already have one).

Very happy with this camera. Bought to be used on holiday and it does a great job! The camera is supplied with a large number of accessories - most useful for me was the waterproof case. This meant that I managed to get some great underwater videos and photos. The video quality is decent - perfect for personal use. This camera is very easy to use, the colour is great and with the number of accessories and good build quality - I can't fault it at this price. Highly recommended.

My 8 year old daughter received this camera for her birthday from her aunt and loves it! It arrived in Pink which is always a bonus and is waterproof which for my kid is great. she loves playing with the game and running around taking pictures of the cat and practising her photography. Its incredibly easy for her to use with diagrams on the camera and waterproof case for each function and with my help she can upload them onto the computer. Great starter camera. Very happy.

I have not used this device yet as it is a Christmas present. It certainly does look the part and has enough accessories to be going on with. It is a shame that there is no mention of the fact there is no SD Card with it. This is only a problem due to the fact that you are not then ready to take pictures immediately which will probably be a little frustrating. I cannot see any reason that it will not do exactly what I expect it to, but on that point we shall have to wait.

Bought this for our Son and so far happy with it. I’m sure you can go and spend more money and get a better one but for the price it’s spot on. I mean even if he was to break it, it would not be the end of the world if we had to replace. Think he can learn how to use it and when he wants to use it and if he enjoys it then can look at upgrading. Looking forward to seeing how good it is on holiday in the pool etc. Happy so far.
