Teflon seems to have decreed it will cover every surface of all cookware with their toxic material.Made in Sweden, it will also increase your iron blood levels so Vegetarians/Vegans: enjoy!The other pancake pans on the market - in shops even specialist shops or online distributors - are either Teflon, aluminium or some dodgy composite.
