A well made product which is easy to use since the mechanism is very smooth in operation. The grinding action is not as fast as the pepper mill as far as the quantity of delivery is concerned, but we should all cut down on our salt intake anyway. The ability to set the size of grind by way of turning the bottom of the mill to one of six settings is very easy and convenient. My only complaint would be the method of delivery by Amazon. Having purchased both the salt and pepper mills together, I was somewhat alarmed to find both items loose in a cardboard box. This resulted in the items colliding with each other in transit resulting in minor damage to one of the mills.

This Peugeot Salt Grinder is expensive, certainly compared to most table ware you will find. BUT the quality is superb! If you are a proud Chef and aspire to have the best equipment in your kitchen this will not disappoint you. I am super happy with this purchase, and also bought the Pepper version to complete the set :)

Excellent item, yes it's expensive but it feels good in the hand and the mechanism grinds with ease. Useful to have 6 preset grinding options from fine to course just by turning the base. Overall I would recommend if you are wanting a mill that stands out for quality performance and style.

The only little beef I have with it is that occassionally it is necessary to tighten the top screw - but I don't think I've ever had a pepper mill that hasn't required that.It looks good and delivers as promised.

This was a requested 50th birthday present for my Sister in Law. She is absolutely delighted with it & I am hoping to save up & get one for us. A really nice feel in the hand with 6 different grinding settings.

Very good grinder, others seem to give up the ghost after a fairly short period, hopefully this one wont. Has several grinding settings to give you very fine to very course, so far so good.

This is an excellent mill good quality with added feature of choosing fine through to course grains in abundant quantity. No more wrist ache!Expensive, but worth it.

Stylish Pepper Mill........arrived on time and I was pleasantly surprised....have been using it each day and works perfectly....also looks good on the table!!!

The product arrived in good time and is a wonderful good quality pepper mill, with different settings for how fine you want your pepper, I use it all the time!

Have been using this pepper mill for a couple of month now. It is a great mill with a quick pepper delivery and consistency. A brillant mill for a food lover.
