Sick of twisting the old grinders for my seasoning, I thought I would give these a try. They look stylish and are comfy to handle. When in use they do what they are supposed to, although the pepper mill is a little slow for me as I like a lot of pepper on my food. When in use there is a handy torch light beaming from below, which at first I thought would be pointless, but it really does help you see how much salt is coming out and where it is going.Okay, that was the good part....The bad part is the assembly...Twist off the top part and you can not only get to the place you fill the little mills but also the dreaded battery compartment.. and what a nightmare this is.....First of all i takes SIX aaa batteries in EACH unit.

These are very stylish and a great addition to a kitchen that wants to add a extra stylish touch to the table or help a family member who has dexterity problems but... to put it together is very fiddly and you made need to set it up for that family member.I would say it was a bit of a nightmare to put the batteries in. You need SIX AAA batteries but you need to fit them around the top half of the mill and it is a bit tricky you may need patience. Once you've overcome that, you need to be careful as you disconnect the bottom half of the mill to put in the salt and pepper, which is fine and once done is okay but it doesn't hold a large amount of salt or pepper.Using this has been good,

I love the colour, overall look, sleek brushed finish. They are simple one touch button on the top operation, and ergonomically pleasing. I had reservations about choosing these as people had made such negative comments about the battery amount/life. However I've had mine for 8 weeks now, used the pepper grinder almost every day, and I only had to replace the batteries 2 days ago. I don't think that's bad at all. They do take 6 x AAA batteries, so maybe that's why people moaned? Still, 8 weeks use though! The only minor complaint is when you do have to change the batteries they are incredibly fiddly to put back in. 3 of my batteries flicked back out as I tried to fit the ones next to them.

Overall quality is really very good, they are eye catching and modern and come with a small LED on the bottom which comes on when you press the grind button- very handy. Massive downside for anyone with dexterity issues is that it is incredibly hard to get all the batteries in; and they need lots; the compartments are far too tight and even someone like me with large, strong hands, really struggled to get every battery in place, it took over half an hour just to do this. There must be a better way to design that feature. Not looking forward to when the batteries need changing but in the meantime, enjoying a lovely product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently bought the salt and pepper mills after reading the great reviews on them, having bought other morphy richards kitchen appliances I can honestly say that they have exceeded my expectations. The mills are comfortable to use and deliver a steady but controlled amount of seasoning to any dish. The built in light also gives you an extra bonus when using in low or candlelit areas. I would definitely recommend these Salt and Pepper mills for any table, kitchen or surface that deserves quality seasoning dispensers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking mills bought to replace previous battery operated mills which lasted many years but eventually gave up the ghost. They go very well with my other Morphy Richards products.Easy to fit batteries, fill and assemble. The only issue I have is that one mill was hard to open which obviously as it’s new may become easier with time but also rattles a little when assembled hence the time will tell.Overall I would recommend this product as it does the job it’s designed for and looks spectacularly good.

I picked these because I like the rose gold, copper colour. I was struggling to find anything in this colour that were electronic ones (because I have arthritis in my wrists). I read a ton of reviews and it seemed that half of the reviews said they broke after a short while but half said they were a great purchase. When I saw they were being sold by Amazon I decided to take the plunge. Amazon has always been great about replacing faulty products and so I am happy to give them a go. I do hope mine turn out to be faultless ones because they look good.

These look stunning (well as much as salt and pepper grinders can look stunning). They look better than the usual straight up and down ones. Its now March 2017 and light still working. Some have mentioned that the capacity is small, maybe BUT they are much easier to fill than our previous boring straight up and down stainless ones.Should you buy these if you want s/p grinders. yes i'd say so. I'm more than happy with them

I have used and tried different mills over the years and end up binning them, and then decided it was time to treat myself to a salt and pepper mill I could use and it not break or stop working for some reason.Done the research and read the reviews and decided on the Morphy Richards Accents stainless steel, salt and pepper mill set, easy to use and good for one handed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Requires 12 AAA batteries which seems excessive for what they are. Inserting the batteries can be quite a challenge too, inserting one battery causes the one next t it to fly out. The easiest way to avoid this is to use an elastic band or a hair band to secure the other batteries in place whilst inserting the next battery, this made the task a lot easier. Overall i'm happy, i just hope the batteries last a while

I love this product, the batteries were a little tricky to get in, but it's super easy to take apart and fill.Only drawback is I bought these to make it easier for my daughters to use while they learn to cook.... and they went nuts and over seasoned everything lol. I have to admit, they are fun after using manual grinders for years.Remember to buy batteries as they didn't come with it. You'll need 12 AAA.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these very stylish electronic salt & pepper mills, they are easy to use, just a slight pressure on the top, & the freshly ground salt & pepper comes out of the bottom instantly. Very comfortable shape to handle, with the added bonus of a light when activated to see exactly where the salt & pepper is going. Very happy with my purchase.

This is great value for money. Couple things to note, each dispenser requires 6x AAA batteries, so 12 in total. They have not run out on me yet which is good news. Also, when washing before use, ensure you allow it to completely dry out before putting in the salt and pepper as if it is wet it will not dispense well. I left it another day or so and started working fine. Overall, very happy :-)

Nice clean lines and very easy to fill and even easier to operate.If it does have a negative it’s only that each mill takes 6 small AAA batteries but despite this he loves it
