This product is great and I have just bought my second one. I also buy them as presents. I only buy the white model. I am a keen cook, grow my own veg, freeze in bulk etc and use a pepper grinder several times a day particularly as I have a family of 4 . Yes, the thing does eventually crack under pressure but I got 5 years of industrial use out of mine and don’t care! I have used many others over the years and they just don’t match the strength of this one. It is also super easy to fill, no annoying screw mechanism like the traditional mills, you just pull out the stopper and pour in. The wide cup top means no spillage. I love this product and hope they never go out of production......

Had seen the spice boy owned by friends and was impressed so got one myself. It is great, works a treat, grinds anything I have put in really well. The only downside is, as you can no longer obtain them in wood, I had to buy the acrylic version, which looks great, but someone has obviously dropped mine and it has got a crack down the side from top to about halfway down, which is gradually getting bigger. But on balance I would buy another, would like to own a row of them in various colours.

Buy this and you'll not need or want another Grinder or Mill.Its mechanism is ceramic so use for pepper or salt, or even spices.Filling is as simple as letting water out of a bath, pull the plug, viola!Adjustment settings are great, from fine to coarseFor me it beats the Magnum on every level so the rest comes down to your aesthetic taste - White for salt and pink for pepper perhaps?

I love the design, and have owned a white and black (salt and pepper respectively) for 8 years now, and they now have cracked badly at their bottom (by the grinding mill). Good deal of service of them though, nothing lasts forever and it is time for some new mills!

This is an amazingly easy to refill and the texture of the pepper/salt/nutmeg etc is always just right. And the colors are so much fun!!
