This is my first excursion into the world of non-el-cheapo tripods and it's absolutely fantastic. Very stable, very easy to operate and it feels so well made I could never go back to my old Hama tripod that I bought for £20 :)It's quite light, folds up small and it comes with a lovely carry bag. Despite the lightness, it had no trouble supporting my Nikon camera and 150-600mm lens (together they're around 4kg / 9 pounds). Brilliant for non-pro bird watchers.
