This is an excellent made item. Has far more features than any others makes out there to buy. Forget the usual brands that claim to be better, they are not in this class. Without going through all the specifications see other reviews, from those that have also brought this item. It also comes with a well made padded case and hex keys for any further adjustment. This monopod is very light, and of a quality carbon Fibre. The folding flip legs add some good stability, but do not expect it to support a camera and long lens without further manual holding. This is a monopod and not a tripod support.Recommend this item as stated one should buy, and add a Sirui monopod head,

I have a 204-SR already so knew to trust the Sirui brand for precision and quality. But the ep224s is another league for compactness and lightweight. Will be my go to monopod for travelling
