Did extensive research before replacing my existing washing machine and tumble that both broke down around the same time. Wanted a good capacity machine that had an excellent spin drying capacity, especially when using a tumble dryer. It needed to be quiet, have fast general full cycles (c 1-1.5 hrs) and quick/small load capability. This machine will do everything on sensor and for someone not very experienced or if you want to let it do it's thing, you can tell the app what's in the load and it will set the machine for you. Being a control freak however, I chose this machine because for many of the washes, you can adjust the temperature, number of rinses and spin speed yourself (within parameters for a few of the washes).

Looks great and has an easy turn selection knob for the various programs, of which there is a good selection. Very efficient performance. Quiet and quick. I use a variety of different programs depending on the load. Sometimes the load weight adds on time but try a different program if necessary. Outdoor care is best with a light load. Main issue for me was instructions say not to use wash tablets and I had 2 boxes of them so have been crumbling them up before adding to the dispenser. Have now bought a bottle of liquid detergent for use once they are finished and you can add this to the dispenser with the liquid flap in place (a little plastic flap in the instructions bag) just clips in.

I chose this particular washing machine as its so smart! Although i've connected my Samsung phone to it i've not needed to use it yet but was pleased when it told me my wash had finished. The thing that impresses me most with this machine is how quiet it is. Although you can hear the machine draining the second time I put on a wash I actually thought it wasn't working so i actually switched it off and on again then realised it was working but as the drum turns so quietly I hadn't realised it actually had started. Even when it spins the sound is very minimal. Overall a fab washing machine and the tune it makes made me smile.

Our new Samsung Qdrive Ecobubble washing machine (WW80M645OPM/EU) is great. I researched numerous machines for about a week before settling on this one. Much better than our previous Hotpoint, though we did have that one about 7 years. The drum is 8kg so plenty of space, and the clothes come out perfectly clean and smelling lovely especially if you follow the recipe off the Smarthings App. This is also really handy to see how long is left on your wash etc. The add door is handy though we haven’t had to use it as much as we thought. One other key point it’s incredibly quiet. It also plays a nice tune when the wash finishes. Only complaint is that the child lock doesn’t stop the on/off button from being pressed,

I bought the unit more than a month ago now, it does the jobs what it describe. The unit is very quiet in operation which I admired it most and does the eco drum cleaning every 40 washes, it is really a great machine. The only thing is, the numerical digital display becomes faulty as you wouldn’t know what is the real number displayed. Some of the numerical digital segment is not lit or missing (hard to guess what number is displayed). Phoned the customer service to come and diagnose the the fault. It’s still on the 5 years manufacturers guarantee. Other than that, all is fine.

This is my second Samsung Washing machine. My previous never had a problem for almost 9 years and I did not hesitate to go for this one after reading the reviews and great features. I live the Add wash and the bubble soak is absolute lovely addition to get rid of stains and it only takes half an hour. It weighs the amount of laundry you put in it and calculates the time it’ll take to wash. The machine is very quiet and my kids love the music at the end of the wash. Definitely recommend this washing machine.

Brought this machine 7 th Febuary 2020 was delivered 11th Febuary 2020 brought as it was quieter than previous machine weren't to hard to set feet up correctly to make sure it level and firm sitting in cubbie hole it was to go into plugging and plumbing same as any other washer I've had BUT HAVE HAD TO USE swimming pool noodles to help hold it in place and keep vibrations down cause of wood type floor it sit's on other wise it working fine I like to bubble soak and the add to the wash door

exceeded expectations. Initially dubious with drying... but turns up drying clothes totally. 3 hours usually for a normal to high load. cotton etc. Air wash what an idea. huge step ahead from previous washing machline which was not that old. App makes the whole process fun... but rest assured... it's not just for fun... makes the whole process much easier I.e. setup the program... monitor progress and even trigger it remotely. hahasimply...amazed

Amazing high spec washing machine. Super quiet and super fast. Looks stunning and has a massive 10 year warranty on the motor. Loads of cool features on the smart app - you can even order your detergent automatically when running low and control the washing machine from your phone. This machine does everything and features the latest Quickdrive system too which makes your washing 50% faster without compromising cleaning. Amazing machine.

Amazed... I was very sceptical about spending this kind of money on a washing machine but I have to say im so very very impressed.Its near silent! very easy to use and user intuitive. that said I have not used the app so I have no clue at this stage if it would be of benefit to me or not ( I doubt it ) Oh did I mention its near silent even on top spin! seems to clean up the clothes pretty decently also which is nice..

Had the qdrive for a month now. Really pleased with how quick the programs are in the machine. Only one fault though, after changing from a top loader which used to tangle shirtsleeves together in a terrible knot I though I would be relieved of this problem with the qdrive. however, this is not the case this machine also manages to tie shirtsleeves in to a terrible mess. I will have to buy individual laundry nets.

I bought this machine to replace an old Samsung machine. I really like the new features of addwash and bubblesoak. Machine is very quiet and the kids love the music. Very intelligent machine that weighs the clothes to calculate the time it will take to wash them. So far so good and no complaint. Time will tell how long it will last but will definitely recommend a Samsung washing machine without a doubt.

Best purchase in ages, even gets the partner doing washing because he can turn it on with his phone! So convenient no more worrying about a missed sock or forgetting the washing pod. We live in a flat so need a quiet spin, since getting this new washing machine I don’t have to worry about it being too late to put on a wash load, it even plays a little tune for you when your washing finishes! Recommend!!

Only had this machine a week but WOW! so pleased. Love the app so I can pop the washing on before I come home. The quick wash is amazing it does alter depending on how many rinses and spin speed you want so far i have had 15 minutes to 18 minutes tried some of the other washes such as eco bubble and was very pleased with towels they came out lovely and soft. So far very happy bunny!

I did a lot of research into which washing machine was best and found this always came top. I was previously unsure as there are negative reviews, so far the machine has been great. Looks smart, modern and operates as described. I would recommend this to anyone, hopefully the life cycle of the machine will last, although a 5 year warranty has been given for free which is a bonus.
