Very pleased with this monitor and very pleased with the service from Argos. The monitor arrived via Parcelforce within 24 hours of ordering! Monitor is of excellent quality in picture and build, and easy to set up. However there is an annoying lack of a tilt mechanism in the stand. This seems like a strange oversight by Samsung and as the stand itself inclines the monitor slightly forward I have had to pack the front underside of the stand in order use it comfortably. That is my only niggle, otherwise all well and good!

I got this for my daughter to use with here gaming PC and Xbox . It was very easy to set-up and really looks great with the curved screen.I set it all up and there are a lot of screen controls for the colour and freesync.The picture is fantastically clear on both PC and Xbox. The 2 things that make this screen shine for me is the curve and the Freesync.Freesync really makes a differnce.My daughter now has no screen tarring or stutter which is great in games.The price is very low for this spec.

A little lacking on ports on the back with 1 hdmi port and 1 vga port. Bought two for my desk and look nice side by side. Handle 2k content via my graphics card nice even know there just 1080 monitors which is nice. And being samsung watching movies on them is nice. The menus are a little weird to use via the single button. The pre set options for movie and gaming are good for the PC not so good for the xbox one. Colours a vaded and takes a while to get right. I bought two of these to upgrade my old monitor set up which I’ve had for about 8 years. I do a lot of graphic design for clothing companies and needed to make sure colours were accurate. I’m super impressed with the picture on these monitors and colours always come out exactly the same when printed. Lovely bright and clear it makes the whole process of looking at anything on your computer amazing! Simple design but looks very clean and Morden. Only con is the stands are not height adjustable.

Good monitor, ideal companion for my laptop, which has a TN LCD screen - a bit awful to gawk at for long periods of time. The design is nice, sleek, modern. Having said that, my one complaint is the standby light. I have this monitor in my bedroom and it's like a skyscraper obstruction light for airplanes. It can either flash when on (or off) or remain on after it's turned off. There's no dim brightness with this thing. It either lights up the room (if it's small) or it doesn't, no in-between

Great screen, my son loves it. Fantastic graphics and curved screen makes it seem a real luxury. No sound though apart from on headphones or through an additional speaker. It’s not a TV. As you can access the apps through the Xbox or PlayStation it was a bit annoying it had no sound. This was easily fixed with a small speaker. It only has one HDMI port and could do with 2 plus a USB port would be useful. It has no volume button. The speakers have a volume button so that was easily fixed to.

Bought as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. When he first connected to his PC there was lots of tearing on the screen as it's apparently configured for a different graphics card to his. After playing with the screen settings it's now fine. He was also a noted at the lack of adjustability to the screen itself, as once mounted on the stand you apparently can't adjust it. He's decided to keep it however and is happy with it, but said it was a faff to set-up and was close to being returned.

Let's face it, you can't expect the best monitor in the world for this price, so I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it is. Trust me, it is very good! The online spec is a little misleading as the unit actually only has HDMI and VGA inputs, and the audio connection is an output, not an input.The picture is fantastic, the response time is great (I'm a gamer) and the curved screen just draws you in. As expected from Samsung, it's quality throughout, with a 2 year warranty. No regrets.

This is a budget level screen but really doesn't feel like it. The display quality is very good with excellent viewing angles. The curve of the screen may be a bit of a novelty but certainly doesn't feel any worse than a flat screen. Connectivity is limited to VGA and HDMI but will be enough for most. My son uses it for his PC and PlayStation both of which run really well on the monitor. The control button is a bit fiddly which is about the only thing I can pick fault with. Recommended.

Bought this as it was a good price compared to other 'superstores' in the area ....it was easy to build and to set up....some settings on the computer required changing to get it set to full screen, but nothing major. Sadly the stand is fixed and non-adjustable, to get the angle correct for viewing on my computer desk I've had to place a small 15mm thick piece of wood underneath the stand base at the front to get the right viewing angle for me!....wouldn't be an issue if wall mounted.

I am VERY picky when it comes to picture quality so I'd say this monitor is GOOD but NOT GREAT. I am using the monitor exclusively for console gaming (PS3 and PS4). Colours are good and I don't detect any blurring or any input lag, both of which are super important for gaming. My main criticism is with black levels, they are OK at best, closer in my opinion to a dark grey than black. Backlight uniformity is very good on both black and white screens with no notable light or dark spots.

This is a 24 inch curved screen monitor, not the latest model so if you are looking for a state of the art monitor then look elsewhere. However if you are looking for a slightly older model that still has a set of very good features then look no further.Good points: Nice display, works well in 1920x1080, good colour and refresh rate of 60Hz. Bad points: It has VGA + HDMI connectors, better would be HMDI and DisplayPort. Menu system is a little odd, takes some getting used to.

At this price, the picture quality is above average - the display is evenly lit, had no dead pixels and with a small amount of tweaking very natural. You can get 72hz refresh if you enable FreeSync. It could do with a better stand as all you get is angle adjustment, however there is a VESA mount. Also, the connections are HDMI and VGA. VGA is a dead connection for a monitor like this - should be DisplayPort instead. Would still recommend, especially if you buy 3!

I can highly recommend it to anyone on the market looking for a PC monitor. Samsung's makes one of best screens on the market and this is no exception. Curved edges offer incredible viewing angles; the screen is vibrant and offers fantastic color reproduction. The physical appearance is slick and with thin bezels looks very elegant. There is only one joystick like control button, for power and settings - which is intuitive and easy to use. No VGA cable included.

When I looked at some of the Monitors here online I was a bit undecided to be honest and also looked at all the different prices. I liked the look at the Samsung Curve Monitor and said I want this one as it was a good value for money and has it own filter screen built in saving me more money. I would recommend it to anyone young or old who works a lot at their PC for hours as it give a clear picture and you can use the built in filter I am please and happy.
