It's a washing machine! Pros quiet and program settings easy to use. Washes well and not too loud. Cons detergent drawer is useless if you want the machine flush with units and you have any overhang of worktop. The drawer is tiny and doesn't pull out very far. If I'd have known this I would have picked a different machine as I prefer powder to capsules or liquid. Top tip on delivery make sure driver leaves the top cardboard as you have to use this as a dampner. I only knew this when connecting it and read the instruction manual. By which time it was well gone.

The machine is pleasing to look at and will fit in with most home décor. There are many functions that the machine can carry out with its many programs. A couple of my favourites are the Smart Button, that when pressed will run through the program and actually work out how much washing is in the machine it will then shorten the program if appropriate. So a program lasting 3hrs 15mins may only take 2hrs 30mins. So saves time and money. I also like the programs that can do a wash in 14mins etc. So all in all a very versatile machine and well worth the money.

After a few washes I can say this machine seems good. It has a big drum capacity for the small dimensions of the machine. Good variety of programmes plus ability to change time and temperature. We really like the 59 min programme with 40 degrees and 1000 spin. Well washed and quite dry. There is an even quicker spin too. Average for quietness. The installation was the one disappointment in the overall purchase but we were probably just unlucky-miserable unhelpful not very competent delivery men.

This machine is fabulous. It looks good, sounds good & works like a dream! The functions are easy to use & I like the fact that I can change the spin speed & temp to suit my needs! What's also great is that I can also use an app on my phone to dictate or adjust any programme I want to use! The door is larger than I'm used to which is great,no more bending down to check the drum at the end of the wash, I'm able to see inside with ease! The only thing this machine doesn't do....is wash the dishes!

I'm really really happy with my item, the purchase and delivery were so simple to complete and arrange and the communication from Argos was outstanding, the delivery guys were very polite, friendly and happy to help. I will recommend the product and also Argos to my family and friends, if I had to sum up Argos and my item in two words I'd say 'phenomenally awesome'. I need a new cooker so once Ive saved some money I will definitely be shopping with Argos again. Thanks again Argos and Candy :)

Managed to break the entire door off my 3 year old washing machine! Decided to buy a new cheaper one to replace it. My dryer is a Candy so decided to give the washing machine a try too. Well, I must say I’m very impressed by it. It washes beautifully. It has the usual choices for washing cycles and the timings are not to long. You can change cycle lengths for most washes and temperatures too. I don’t use the app as it’s only for Android but I imagine it must be very useful. A very good purchase

We have had this washing machine nearly 2 weeks now and love it the 9kg drum is a life changer for our family of 5 I’m doing less loads a week now, the spin cycle is pretty quiet the wash cycle is louder I love all the different cycles it has including daily 59 min cycle and a cycle as quick as 14 mins I love how it weighs the load and adjust the cycle time and amount of water it needs so much I can praise nothing I can say negative overall I would recommend this machine to family and friends

We bought this machine by looking at review's. Never used a Candy make before was skeptical a bit before purchasing it. Best decision we've made, the drum is large size. Wife is happy, as we can do big washing's. Works great, it’s very stable. Washes great, silently and clothes come out clean and fresh :) So many different features and connect to your mobile for different features. Price and service was great from Argos, in comparison to anywhere when we purchased it. Best buy so far of 2018.

I've been very impressed with this machine so far. Excellent capacity drum, very efficient and cleans very well. Haven't tried the App for it yet, but there's a good selection of programmes already built into the machine. Clothes come out well spun so that's a definite bonus for drying through winter. Would definitely recommend this machine for a busy families like ours, it's very good value for money and with the 10 year parts guarantee I'm confident it's going to be with us for a long time

Had to buy a replacement for our old machine which broke at the weekend(during COVID-19 pandemic).It arrived quickly,but the delivery men were not permitted to bring it in.My husband & I had to manhandle it up a flight of stairs,with minimal injury.Fitted in minutes.The 14 minute cycle is a godsend!It is quiet,with a good spin cycle & large capacity.The graphite colour is lovely.Will put it to the test of all washable items(something to do over the next few days/ weeks/ months in isolation).

had this a few weeks now its brilliant loads of wash programs the 59 min quick wash is good for clothes that just need freshening up and the eco 20 degree wash does get clothes clean and smelling fresh ( i was a bit skeptical about 20 deg wash). its very quiet compared to my old indesit and uses nowhere near as much electricity. i guess you get what you pay for candy is a good quality item. the washer door is large makes getting a 9kg wash out very easy. highly recommend this washer.

This our 3rd 'Candy' washing machine – previous 2 both lasted 18+ yrs, very few problems along the way! So far, delighted: larger capacity, very quiet. seems to wash well. Dimensions a factor in this choice: less deep than many. Slightly less high than its predecessor, thus easier to install.Delay-start button suits our household – we use Economy-7 electricity.Price was comparatively reasonableFingers crossed we'll be as fortunate with this Candy as have been with others!

The Mrs was getting bored during lockdown,so being a good lad,I thought I would treat her to a new washing machine,I did my homework before purchasing,I knew the machine would be very technical and thus meaning it would take her ages to work it out,it also comes with the App to download,even better I thought.So,after 3 weeks,the Machine is plumbed in,in the garage,and best of all the Mrs loves it,but even better for me, she's spends a lot more time in the garage..

Great capacity for a growing family. Plenty of functions though I only use synthetics so far. However have tried the smart touch / phone connectivity feature. Found it was not worth it for us as you have to stand at the machine to use it. I suppose it would be good if you have just moved out and learning how not to shrink clothes etc... would recommend to others (have already) much prefer to the more expensive ones we were looking at before deciding on this model.

This is a great machine. We already have the Candy dryer, so when our old washing machine broke, we got this matching Candy washing machine and I'm so glad we did. The daily 59 minute wash is brilliant, its so quick and quiet (compared to our old Beko machine) and the clothes are very clean - we have a 4 month old baby with reflux, so we do a LOT of washing, and this machine is more than capable of keeping up with us. Plus its really pretty and shiny :) . 5 stars!
