I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes,The first thing I noticed about the washer is its smart looking control panel and the large door in pearl white finish that gives it a top end look. An outstanding feature of this washing machine is the huge capacity of the drum and the easy access door enabling you to load and unload with ease,. My test wash was my bedding and I couldnt believe it all fitted in one wash (duvet cover, bottom sheet, mattress protector and x4 pillowcases for a king-size bed) easily fitting with room to spare in the vast drum. Onto the control panel where you can tailor the wash to your personal needs or stick with the pre-programmed cycles that are already incorporated in the washer.

I bought this just over two months ago & it's brilliant. Not as loud as I thought it might be after reading some reviews and only flaw I've found so far is the gap between the door and inner rubber seal is too big so socks end up stuck in the gap & need rinsing and wringing out at the end of the wash. I use the eco or daily wash mostly and occasionally the baby wash, but it's great that you can adjust settings within the programs to suit. The eco-bubble soak I've only used a couple of times so far as the clothes generally come out clean enough on an eco wash and stain remover is still required if it's not soaked straight away anyway.

This machine is quiet whilst in operation.It weighs the load before giving the time it requires to wash the clothes; clothes come out looking well due to the ecobubble tech.It seems to wash quicker on the default setting than my previous Samsung model. This is very early days, only time will tell.I had my previous model for only 4 years until the I PCB busted and the warranty was for only 2 years (I assumed it was 5 years), which had expired. Make sure you check before buying which model qualifies or is eligible for a 2 year or 5 year warranty or any other warranty offers.I hope I can get many more years out of this new model. I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes and have been impressed with its performance.The EcoBubble technology seems to do the trick , for example, removing grease stains from a shirt that our previous machine hadn't been able to do.There are programmes for all types fabrics clearly labelled and easy to understand with the option to adjust spin/rinse/temperature settings to your own preferences.It has an automatic Eco Drum Clean that helps clean the drum without the need for additives and the powder draw has powerful water jets to prevent it becoming clogged with powder residue.Large door opening makes loading easy and the drum size allows for large loads.Slightly

Bought this initially because of the reviews and the 5 year extended warranty and I am so far sooooooo happy with it.Super quiet, first few times I had to check it was actually on!The only slightly noisy part it when the jets of water clean the soap dispenser drawer even the spin cycle isn’t even that loud.The dial is easy to use as it highlights against each wash cycle.You can adjust the temperature, spin speed and increase the rinse cycles and it’s super easy to understand.It also remembers the details from the last wash, so if like me you tend to use the same wash cycle it remembers the temperature you used and the spin speed too,

Very happy with this Samsung washing machine, this is the more budget machine Samsung produce but it looks very stylish and in the few washes we have done so far it washes well and all has been good. I did have some liquid capsule which didn't break up properly and left a bit of residue on some of my cloths but that was entirely due to me putting it on a very short/quick wash, Samsung quite clearly stated in the book that short washes may not break down the capsules and it was such a small amount of liquid it was easily removed! We hope to have it for many years to come, it comes with a long warranty which I had to register for on the Samsung website which was also an added bonus and if we were in any doubt as to what we wanted (and we were not)

I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes.My first impression was "How do I turn those off!?"This is because this machine bleeps and plays tunes to you. (You will be glad to know, you can turn these off.(The bleeps/tunes are used by the free iOS/Android App to diagnose faults)The first wash I did, was a full 8Kg load of towels. The results were excellent, especially after a 1400rpm spin.I have mostly used the 'Daily Wash' setting. This takes approx 60mins, and produces excellent results.One quirk I have witnessed is that occasionally trainer socks, or colour catcher sheets can get 'stuck' between the drum and door seal. I bought this 5 months ago and am happy with the settings and wash performance. Unfortunately have had a problem with water retention at the bottom of the rubber door seal. Just realised that there are drainage holes in the rubber seal which should be at the bottom to allow the water to drain but this has been fitted incorrectly, with the drainage holes offset to the LH side. On reporting this I was on the phone over 40 minutes with the customer care line. There is a maintenance engineer scheduled to come out now, however it was a long laborious effort sorting this matter. Also the label identifying the serial number was not very legible causing difficulties identifying machine.

I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes and at 8kg it replaces a 7kg washing machine but takes up the same physical space.For a washing machine, it is a stylish design in grey, as for the wash quality, the extra 1kg allows the clothes to move around, so the clothes come out clean and smelling fresh, with an abundance of conditioner options and settings to customise the wash with an intuitive and user friendly interface.The only issue is the washing time could be quicker as it takes a minimum of 2hrs to wash my shorts and up to 3hrs if I select extra rinse, spin.On the plus side it is very quiet so ideal for early/late washes on a timer, recommended.

Looking at the instruction booklet it didn't appear very clear BUT after using a couple of pre set washes all makes sense. So, small items can sit at the bottom of the door - followed the suggestion in the manual, using laundry bags.Great to have a spin cycle after handwashing big sweaters for instance.Pump filter is easily accessible at the front of the machine, a favourable feature to avoid having to move the machine several times a year.Perhaps I should add that I have now passed my 74th birthday, have no problems with using the machine and am very pleased with my solid, quiet running choice.PS. Love the jingle at the end of the cycle, makes me smile every time!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago as a present for my mother, who is 93 and partially sighted. The font used on the machine is easy for her to decipher using a magnifying glass, which is a big step forward over her previous machine. The programmes are good and need no other input from her, just switch on, load and press go, it even switches itself off when when finished, which gives my mother peace of mind. The machine is very high quality and easy to use. You can hardly hear it running in its operation, even the spin cycle is suitably muted. Its the quality that is delivered by Samsung , not just build but the design as well, which is always of a high standard

I bought this machine mid Sept. To replace my Philips Whirlpool that I'd had since 2007, that kept dying on me, and leaking. Nothing lasts forever! This one has been perfect since I got it, though I have only used a couple of programmes so far. I'm sure there are more features that I'll discover once I use it more. And will get my husband to assist me with cleaning the micro filter on the back, as I won't be able to move the machine on my own. The Eco drum clean program is a good idea, as people don't think of needing it to remove bacteria from your washing machine. I use a net bag for my smaller items like socks hankies and smalls.

An attractive looking machine with with an excellent range of wash programmes and options for selecting water temperature, number of rinses and spin speed plus other options such as 'bubble soak' to remove stubborn stains and 'easy iron' which reduces wrinkles during the spin cycle.The tunes it plays at the start and end of certain actions can be readily turned off if required.The machine is comparatively quiet during the wash cycle but the door has an annoying rattle when on the 1400 rpm spin speed, which could be just this machine and hopefully not a design problem. Overall a good washing machine and highly recommended.

This washing machine is excellent. Washes extremely well on 30 degrees and the bubble soak feature is incredible. It removes stains at a low temperature thus saving energy. Particularly like the automatic weighing feature on cotton cycle as this reduces washing time on smaller loads. The number of programmes is excellent and the Clean Drawer feature is brilliant, stopping the drawer getting sticky with detergent.The build quality of this machine is excellent, feeling really should and the weight of the door reassures you of this quality.Had this machine for 1 week now and cannot fault it

Always have to give a washer a few weeks but so far it's been good. Had a bit of an issue with it not fitting due to the door sitting on the front face rather than sitting with in the drum. However the cleanliness of our clothes is next to non. My partner goes to the gym twice and myself just once. The 2kg fast wash is amazing! We no longer have to wait for the weekly wash we can do it each night and it comes out damp so a throw over the radiators and oosh dry! I reckon will be excellent for when the little feet is here for bibs and vests.
