I was very impressed with the way it weighs your clothing as it starts so as to use the correct amount of water & length of time it uses. It is a lot quieter than my last one I had & I like the fact that it can hold 9kg. We use economy 7 so having a timer on the machine was also great so we can get it to com on over night at a cheaper rate & the clothes are ready to hang when you get up in the morning. It took me a little while to get the phone connected to it but that might be just me. On this particular model it would have been nice to have more options on using your phone but at the end of the day I am very pleased with it & glad I decided to buy this one.

There may be more expensive machines than this on the market but I think this one represents excellent value for money and is all I personally want in a washing machine: a large door/drum for ease of loading and clear, easy to use controls. As always after a few uses, I have already established a default programme (the rapid 14, 30 or 44 min wash) and probably won't stray far from this over the next ten years (which is the average length of time my previous Hoover washing machines have lasted)!

Delivery on time as promised. Delivery men contacted me 40 minutes beforehand so didn't have to stay in all day.. reviews said it was noisy and yes It is. However expected with such a large drum capacity and 1600 spin. Seems to wash well haun't tried all the programmes yet only 59 mins + quick 14, 30, and 45 min washes Had it about 2 weeks now used 2x every day. Haunt tried the phone app controls yet. Lovely spinner all in good value as when bought had £70 off in the sale. Pleased so far

If your looking for a new washing machine, stop, buy this one. Its fantastic value for money, why pay 4,5,6,7,hundred pounds or more. this machine is everything you need. You can adjust the temp and spin speeds on all the programs, 1600 spin, 60 degrees on 59 minute wash is great, its quiet, looks good, cant find anything a machine costing 4 times more does anything different. If your looking for a new washer buy this one, you wont be dissapointed. Its so good we bought another one.

I have had this washing machine for a month now, and absolutely love it.Pro- I love the fact that you have a choice of timings on the settings, so for less dirty clothes or a very small load you can have it done in 15mins. Win! Con - I do find the detergent draw very small. When you pull the draw open to put the detergent in, the draw doesn't come out very far, meaning you have to be very careful when putting the powder in, or it'll end up on the floor. Would highly recommend.

I’m delighted with this washing machine. 9kg capacity is excellent and the quick wash function is about all I need! 15,30 and 45 minute wash cycle can be selected. A 30 minute 30 deg wash followed by a 10 minute extra spin at 1600 seems to get everything clean and so well spun that they take almost no time in the tumble dryer. Noise level when spinning varies depending on load from not really noticeable to somewhat annoying but is nice and quiet during the rest of the wash cycle.

Does what I wanted, washes clothes . Decent drum size, doesn’t sound like about to take off, fast spin speed, timer, variety of cycle options. Phone control ability bit pointless as u have to put clothes in drum anyway so why not just turn dial! Won’t be using. Also fast spin only available on a couple of the settings but no biggy. Very satisfied esp since my last washer dial was bust so played washing roulette every time! This one does the setting u put it on! Result!!!!

Old Hoover machine was a 8kg drum. This is a 9kg but it holds much less then my old 8kg machine. I feel like it does not wash as well as my old machine as well. I bought this Hoover machine as I loved my old Hoover machine that I had for 11 years and used at least twice a day. I like the countdown timer but feel underwhelmed by this machine. I at least expected clean clothes but some stains remain even after pre treatment. Old machine had no trouble removing them.

The machine is noisy compared to my previous Hotpoint. The soap tray very lose and floppy, always catches on the door when latter open. It also does not come out far enough do often spill soap powider. The middle section always holds water after washing. The offered sekecto on of washe's not that user friendly, wit no "bed and bath" option. The God point us has a 14 minute short was cycle. Otherwise it does what us is supposed to which is main point.

Bought this as a replacement for a previous washer. Not realising it had a smaller capacity until it arrived. The drum is so small that I have to do more washes. If I fill the drum then I find at the end of the cycle the clothes are still soaking and have to spin them again which is an inconvenience. Therefore I have to only put half the amount in so use more water/energy. You can't select the 1600 spin yourself, so it only gets used on certain cycles.

This machine has generous capacity and cleans well. It has a good number of programmes to choose from. You can manually set the temp and spin yourself. The machine is also much quieter than my previous machine, even on it's final spin. The only thing that is slightly disappointing is the clothes come out feeling more wet than expected, even after a 1600 spin. Have only used it about half a dozen times so far but so far am very happy with it

Great washing machine, 14 minute quick wash, excellent to freshen clothes that don't need a full wash, 59 minute wash for everything else temperature can be reduced as it's set at 60 degrees.Drawbacks once you hit start there is no way to add to the wash, 1600 spin you only get the full benifit when you use the spin option takes 10 minutes but worth it, 1600 spin with the washing cycle doesn't seem to remove as much water.

This product is great value for money its drum is huge and I can fit so many items in it... its programmes are easy to work... its quiet and it has a nice look and does a good job getting everything clean... My last washing machine was also an hoover but the spin was only 1400 and the drum was smaller although it was a good washing machine I needed a faster speed and bigger drum... Overall I would give this machine 10/10

A really good looking machine with lots of different programmes. The programmes are really easy to use and energy efficient. This machine is especially good if you have children or just sensitive skin as it has a programme that makes sure all of the detergent is washes out of yours clothes by giving it extra rinses. It also, weighs your load and adjusts the water content accordingly. Really good value for money

Really pleased with my purchase, the spin was extremely good and very pleased with the quick wash function. Clothes were clean unlike the quick wash on my last machine, looks good too with simple to use dial and very informative book of instructions, I looked through a lot of machines whilst making my purchase and am very pleased with my choice. Delivery was quick and excellent considering we are in lockdown.
