This washing machine gives great results and the 1400rpm spin cycle is really good. The 10kg drum size is excellent for a large family. There are a lot of cycles to choose from (more if you can get the app to work...) and overall I'm really happy with this machine however it loses one star for the following reasons:-The soap dispenser drawer doesn't open far enough for my liking, I've never had this problem with any machine before. Open the drawer any further than this (pictured) and it clicks out. - On our machine the pump didn't line up with the hole at the front meaning we couldn't access the pump without disconnecting it and accessing it from the base. On closer inspection it appears the base of our machine was bent upwards.

At first I was concerned that it was only a 1400 rpm spin, however it is so efficient with its built in sensors that even the 1000 spins nearly dry.Linking to your phone couldn't be easier and has allowed me to find a few extra programmes that are of great use as the photos show, I have broken down some of these. It's quiet and looks smart too as well as performing well it's become a great purchase and for the price why would you look elsewhere.Via the Wizard app there is a brilliant section for giving your machine life, this is a way of performing your own maintenance regularly from keeping limescale at bay in hard water areas to reducing mould build up around the seal and getting those horrible washing machine smells.

personally i like hoover machines, my last one lasted many years, so i opted again for a hoover, and bought this in the sale saved some too, the features are great, many different wash cycles to cover all eventualities, baby safe wash too, large loader, easy to use and to understand, and it looks good, one feature i wasn't sure of was the one touch, and now knowing what it is, i am sure that someone would need to connect the machine to their mobile phone, but i think this is one feature i wont be using! it is quite whilst spinning and has the option to change the spin cycle, all in all this is an A+ rated on energy and is A+ rated from myself, very happy with it so far

After so many issues when buying Hotpoint I decided never to buy there brand again, I searched the internet to find a decent machine within my budget. This one had great reviews and with the £50 cash back was within price range. I was without a washing machine for a week and with a large family Washing was starting to pile up. The quick wash function is great and actually only takes 14 mins to complete. Perfect for cleaning school uniform after a messy day at school. I’m very happy with this washing machine Best Buy a in long time. Goodbye Hotpoint.. Hello Hoover :)

I bought this a few weeks ago. My old one broke so I had a lot of washing to catch up on. The machine washes really well and the clothes are spun really well, so the clothes don’t come out too wet (which helps with drying. The NFC feature is only available on newer androids (and only on certain models), but it is really good if you can use it. The cycles are customisable and suited to different needs of your household (baby clothes, sports clothes etc).Really good machine.Only area to improve - make the app available for iPhone

This machine is amazing adaptable and durable. It's built to cope with so many different types of wash loads, which when you have children and a man who works on the roads so comes home with dirty waterproof heavy duty uniform, you need this feature. We bought the matching condenser dryer which is also just as fantastic. Woth 10kg drums my weekly washing is done in 3 loads I'm amazed. And the 14 minute quick was is very handy when it cones to washing my daughter's blanky and cuddly toy she doesn't even notice they are gone.

This machine looks great but is quite noisy. It has a very whiny noise on a spin that gets quite loud. You can hear it when you manually turn the drum. The soap drawer is very flimsy. It feels cheap as it has a lot of movement when opened. It also doesn't open very far so it's easy to miss when shaking a cup of powder into the tray. Also when the tray is open, it prevents the door from opening all the way as the large door hits it. Just seems odd that this happens. Still a nice machine though!

I’ve been using my new washing machine for a few weeks now , I’ve used several of it settings. It’s a quite machine, easy to use dial ( just turn to choose program and tap the start pad ). Finger tip start pad ( on a button ). Good fast spin. Could do with a louder beep when the program is fished. If your doing a second wash on the same program it’s best to turn the dail back to off position then back to your chosen program again.It was easy to install the machine ( instruction were good).

Bought to replace old Hoover DYN.. Machine has better capacity and quicker. Only one drain pump at the front which is better than the old one with 2. Second one was harder access to unblock. Single front pump easy access. One gripe,small flexi pipe on front filter of old machine for drainage should there be a problem omitted from the new one meaning I have to unscrew the rear drain pipe from rear to lower letting gravity drain to avoid the floor getting drenched. Otherwise a good machine.

The service received from Argos customer service was fantastic. The washing machine I am slightly disappointed in, the draw for detergents is flimsy plastic and the decals that denote the settings on the front looks cheap, however the washing machine performs well and I cannot fault it. After a little research I found out that Hoover has been bought by a Hong Kong based company, as I work in product development I imagine that the company has cut costs by reducing material costs. 4-stars

I have never had a hoover washing machine before, however,the instructions are easy to follow.Although there are a considerable number of programs,in practice I would only use 3 or 4 I do find the short wash very useful, a must for all washing machines.I find the machine a little noisy when spinning.the appearance will fit in with any kitchen, and I am sure it will prove acceptable to ether large or small families.Its good that it as a 10 year guarantee but don t forget to register it.

It’s great having a 10kg washing machine with various programs from 14 the quickest. I’ve been using 59 daily wash, and the white cotton which is over 3 hours, I was hesitant when I first used it to wait that long but when it started, it weighed the load and reduced it to 149 minutes.It’s a little noisy when washing and spinning not quiet but it’s still good value for the price. This is the only small fault as it is too soon to tell the don’ts because I bought it recently.

Delivered packaging removed adjusted washing machine feet so machine sitting level very thoughtful I put washing in and pods he wanted to see water going into machine not a rush job very nice men everything was fine he seen it was plumbed inn correctly wished me a merry Xmas I’m very happy done a big load on a 60 degree wash put it on to 59 mins wash clothes clean and good spin no wet clothes highly recommend I’m very happy with it don3 my tea towels on a 14 min wash ty very

Decided to go with this washer as the reviews were pretty good after much research. Not disappointed. Looks stylish love that digital display so you can see exactly how long to go. Quick wash is fab at 14 minutes plus for them last minute washes. Loads of settings really easy to use. Clothes come out really dry. Can open door after wash has been started to throw in that dirty tea towel you forgot about. Much quieter than my old machine, I'm overall happy and would reccomend.

What an amazing machine! I bought in the sale - such an amazing value. We always get compliments and nearly a year on it's still working fine and I still look at it and think Wow! So shiny! There are loads of handy settings; I use the timer through the night, the water weigh system is great too. I wish they did the app for the iphone though! I love a good gadget. The upside is the lock on the settings! Little hands cant change my wash anymore :)
