I suffer from Eczema and Psoriasis, two skin conditions that require constant moisturising by non irritant creams. I’mSo glad that I tried out this Rituals Body Butter, and since I have been using this, my skin has felt so much my soft and moisturised, especially in my eczema patches. The Ritual of Jing truly does smell really nice, and you’ll for sure like it as it’s a unisex and unique scent. For those curious, it has a relaxing and soothing scent of Scared Lotus and Jujube, and is perfect for body application before bed.As for the pot, I love the deep green colour and the general interior shape of the pot that you can see through from the exterior. The scent of this product is delightful – it’s a lovely floral-musky smell – it doesn’t last very long but it’s very pleasant while it does.The tub is completely full of the moisturiser and the consistency is thick and creamy, it’s a really nice texture.Unfortunately something in this product doesn’t react well with my skin – it felt like I’d rubbed it into freshly shaved or sore skin (I hadn’t) and my skin was stinging for a while after use (there was no swelling but some redness).I can’t say it left my skin feeling soft for very long – maybe a couple of hours (the scent lingered for the same about of time and it does feel a bit oily while it’s drying. It’s very similar to the body-butters you get from the Bodyshop,

I am a fan of Rituals products, they are made with care, attractive design and are always good quality. This Rituals ‘The Ritual Of Jing’ body cream is absolutely gorgeous. The packaging is so elegant with its white wood lid to its uplifting messages with the emphasis on relaxing, it does make you feel good even before applying the cream, which is a thick creamy body cream that just has the loveliest of scents, a real uplifting scent. The cream isn’t greasy and absorbs well into the skin, leaving it feeling soft and hydrated, it’s suitable for my sensitive skin too. The jar holds 220 ml so should last ages and will keep you feeling relaxed with its uplifting scent, much needed at this time.

This large tub of Ritual of Jing body cream is very well presented and much bigger than i thought it was going to be, hence the ruler in my pictures, this is a very good thing.I love the green coloured tub with a white wood effect lightly textured lid and inside it has an inner white tub that contains the white cream.The scent is amazing and straight away remind me of being on holiday near a sea with its refreshing plant and water smell that is very relaxing and smoothing. It applies on the skin very easy and doesn't leave any sort of an oily residue at all.Overall i love the scent and the cream so cant recommend it enoughIf you have found this review helpful,

Rituals is one of my favourite brands as the scents they have are just amazing! I have not had a chance to smell this one before, but I took a risk to check it out and I could have not been happier that I have done so - it’s like a dream !!The cream is very delicate and instantly soaks in your skin leaving is beautifully smooth and with great smell to it - I kept sniffing my skin cause it was such a lovely smell.I feel like this is a perfect gift to your loved ones as well as a perfect gift to treat yourself, as even the box itself looks really exquisite.

This is a nicely hydrating body cream that makes your skin feel pampered and soft, as well as smelling delightful. A little goes a long way and it is good applied after a shower before bedtime or before facing the day. Skin feels hydrated for a good 12 to 24 hours depending on timing of application, although the scent doesn’t last quite so well.It would be a good gift idea, whether secret Santa or stocking filler or any other time of the year.

This is one of my favourite scents from this brand. I buy products like this a lot and I just love how smooth it is to apply. It smells so nice and it’s so nice to apply to your skin before bed, it soaks in well.
