I start by saying that even though I love racing games, I pretty much s*ck at them. That doesn't stop me from trying many racing games from the hard core Grand Turismo titles, to more accessible Need for Speed. I dont know why I have not tried any Ridge Racer title before. I guess I was put off by most people saying that it is not very accurate driving.Well, I tried this title now that is price is low and found it a hoot. I loved the sense of speed I get from the game. it is very easy to get started, but it does get harder as you go.It is not a racing sim, even though, you are driving a car, the physics is very loose. You will enter drift very easy.

This was the game that made me buy a PSP when it originally released and was the reason why I bought it again recently after I sold my copy long ago. My nostalgic love for this game cannot possibly be described, but the thrill of racing from this single title came flooding back to me once I started playing again. An absolute MUST BUY for racing fans and for those that like to game on the go with easy pick up and play controls with infinite replay value. My used copy was slightly mishandled, with the top portion of the back cover insert torn and the disc had a small scratch along the front, which baffled me as to how it could have occurred in the first place, unless the owner decided to use it as a make shift coaster.

My fitst car race game that I like. Love the replay, to see what I did wrong. The cars handle a lot like real cars. A game to last a long time.takes a lot of trys to win. Havent unlockedmuch. Maybe more in a few years I will get some more.

My son loves racing games. He loves this game and plays it all the time. I recommend this game to anyone who is looking for a fun racing game for their psp!
