I bought this to shred CDs, as the product description says "Ribbon and Confetti cut also shred CD's and Credit Cards"However, the manual says "Model RSM1130 ... can not shred CD's or credit cards." And there is a 'No CDs' icon on the front of tha machine.Another oddity is that the manual refers to the enclosed oil bottle, and the importance of lubrication, but there wasn't one enclosed.

I never write product feedback - but this product description is completely misleading. This product the RSM does NOT shred CDs or credit cards, neither does it shred any paper clips or staples. The RSS does --- but that is not explicit in the product description as they happy mix both models that almost look identical.
