l love the look of this chopper. My last chopper did not have a cap. l just slotted the disc in, screwed on the cylinder and put the nuts on a board, then bashed away.l tried to use this one the same way, but it didn't work. There weren't instructions or a diagram showing how to use it.lt took me a wee while to figure out that you load this one upside down, and put the cap on. There's no need for a board, and it works really efficiently, though you have to take care when unscrewing the cup, making sure the lid is tight. The cup is handy for pouring in to a jar.
