So I agonized over the decision to buy these for at least a week...maybe two. In the end I ordered the mock tortoise Clubmasters which have the 49mm bridge, and I am thrilled with what I got. I was worried about the following:Q. Would they fit my face? Could I pull off the style? A. They fit perfectly. I have a small head (hold the sophomoric comments) which measures 7 1/8, and I was afraid these would be too big for my face from the pictures I saw. In fact, they fit my face exactly as I would have hoped. They look neither too big nor too small. As for the style, they're classics. They don't fit your face...your face fits them. It just happens. I can't imagine anyone not looking great in these.Q.Do they have the G15 lens, and should I insist on polarized? A. These do have the G15 lens, which Ray-Ban calls a green tint lens. I wasn't sure what I would get because the description doesn't call it out specifically, and the pictures certainly look like a black lens. The optics in the Clubmasters are insanely clear. You see a slightly greenish tint from the inside out, and the rest of the world sees black from the outside in. Looking at these lenses, I can immediately spot the difference between an over $100 and an under $100 pair of glasses. The green tint is quite subtle, and is hardly noticeable. Also, they are not polarized, which I think is a good thing. I have a pair of $15 polarized Wally World specials, and I use those for outdoor activities which are potentially dangerous for my Clubmasters.Q. Will I get a pair made in China? Will those be knock-offs? A. My pair unabashedly says "Made In China," and the quality is stunning. They are well-built, all the connections are tight, and both lenses sit tightly in the frames (no issues with a loose lens as others have commented on here). Anyone who has done just a little bit of research on these knows that the Clubmasters are now made in China instead of (or in addition to) Italy. China is like any other country: with the right management and workforce, they can churn out some good stuff. And apparently Ray-Ban has some great ex-pats running their factories, 'cause these are rock solid. I would absolutely buy another style of Ray-Bans made in China. They are that good. I looked at these under a microscope (metaphorically speaking) for all the tell-tale signs of counterfeit, but I was just wasting my time; these are the real deal. I'm 34 years old, and these are the first sunglasses that I have owned that cost more than $20. You bet I looked them over real good.Other thoughts: I'm used to curved sport sunglasses which sit nicely on top of your head when you head indoors. Sitting on your head will not do for the Clubmasters, due to their shape. It's awkward to go indoors, because the question is what do you do with your $150 sunglasses (that we smart folks on Amazon paid $50 less for) so that you don't scratch them\lose them\break them? Don't know; haven't figured that one out yet.The straw derby/panama hat craze is in full swing right now. Not my thing, but I seem to see them on everyone. These would look absolutely authentic and correct sitting just below a short-brimmed straw panama/derby. Classic, classic look.

Classic! Retro wayfarer's At the time of this writing I just received the Ray-Ban Clubmaster 49mm. Mine are Blue lens and tortoise frames. These are designed after the original 1950's wayfairs. The actual lense is wrapped with metal underneath and the tortoise shell frame is across the top and sides. This gives it a very smart and clean look and yes, intellectural. The first thing I noticed is how Blue the lense is. They have all different colors but I chose the darker mirror blue which really makes them stand out and be noticed. The second thing I noticed is the heft. These are not a cheap feeling plastic pair of sumglasses. They have a great feel to them and you have a sense of expensive look about them.

Recently bought the 49mm Classic Clubmaster for my girlfriend. She has wanted a very simple pair (black frame, black lens, gold hardware) of sunglasses for everyday use. Got these at a really good price. Buying them directly from Ray-Ban will cost $145 (plus tax it'll be around the $150 range), so being able to get these for $90 was a treat.They look really good on her! I'm actually pretty jealous now and would like to get a pair for myself, though I'd probably grab the 51mm version of this.I didn't notice the Made in China tag, will check and update this but so far there are no signs that the quality is substandard. These are just stunning. Just a very classic look.

I admit it I am a bit of an impulse shopper. That is, sometimes I will see something and know that it seems like it is for me. The moment I saw this style of Ray-Ban sunglasses I was hooked. I was not sure I was hooked for 150.00 dollars at full retail price. There is an elegant and classic look to the Clubmaster. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. These are the real deal bought at a more reasonable price. Do not worry that some Ray-Ban glasses are being made in China now. There is still the same first class build quality to these glasses. The green tint really adds to the sharpness and crispness of focus. Last Saturday I drove 200 miles round trip in my convertible on a sunny day and these glasses were just the ticket so to speak.

I purchases these sunglasses after my partner had bought them and they looked great so decided to get a pair for myself! I purchased these months ago and have been wearing them ever since. They're durable, good quality and haven't broken despite me bringing them out with me everyday and putting them in my pockets with phone and keys. The frames have not bent and the lenses have not been scratched despite heavy wearing.The delivery process was quick and easy and had no problems. The size is ideal for my face shape and had plenty of compliments whilst out and about wearing these. These are not the foldable rayban clubmasters but even though they don't fold it does not mean they're not "portable".

I've been wanting a pair of these for about a year now but every time I went to purchase them, I somehow managed to talk myself out of it.. mainly due to the price.. I seemed to have come back when they were on super sale and just had to take a leap and hope for the best. --I LOVE them. Even more than I thought I would. They are well balanced, comfortable, and the matte frame with mirrored lenses is just perfect. I bought the green flash lenses, they lean more to an emerald color than a teal/turquoise that you see in the photos. AND to top it all off, they are authentic! Which was a huge concern of mine but luckily they are the real deal and I couldn't be happier.

I got these and immediately put them on and my phone instantly got 14+ text messages, about 30 snapchats, and I'm now at 20k followers with my instagram account. I got so many friends and my Toyota Camery turned into a convertible roadster. It was amazing. After a day of complete coolness, I got in bed and took my glasses off. I instantly loss muscle mass as well as all my friends, followers, etc. I was then that I realized that I must constantly wear these in order to maintain this desired lifestyle. It's a sacrifice I'm willing to commit. It's been about 3 months now. My face is pretty sore but I'm writing this review in a helicopter flying over Miami so I can't really complain.

I was skeptical when I ordered these and found out they were 'Made in China', thinking that they were going to be knock offs and I would have to return them. However, when I got them in the mail, they came in perfect manufacture condition. I bought my boyfriend Ray-Ban Aviators directly from the Ray-Ban site, and there was no different packaging wise between his aviators and from what I ordered from here. It does say 'Made in China', however, I went to a Sunglass Hut and looked at the Ray-Ban Clubmasters there; low and behold they were made in China- and for the regular $145 tag on it.I would definitely recommend getting them from here, they are genuine and if it bothers you that they are made in China,

I rate this at 4 stars because i really love this sunglasses.It arrived on time, the shipping was very fast. Only 3-4 days after a person from Amazon sent an email to me that he has shipped this product.I've bought this for very low price, so, It's worth every dime i've spent. (In my country, Thailand. Rayban sunglasses are very expensive.) But, when i live in Los Angeles, and buy this, it's very cheap.Anyway, if i would have amy comment on this product. It would be that when i opened the box. The Rayban Red box (a package) was a bit old. And i also noticed a small scratch on the lense. It's only a little for me, so, i didn't feel that i have to return the product to the seller.Above all,

I've had Ray-Ban's for years now and know how to spot a fake from the real deal, and these are in deed real. The etching is all accurate and in the right spots (On the Lens, The Nose Piece, and on the Frame) as well as the model number matching up. These frames do feel light, but so do all Clubmaster's so the claim that these are "flimsy" is just untrue. As for the "Made in China", a little research will prove that Ray Ban does in fact outsource some of their manufacturing. These come with the manual and authentic case. I bought the Ray-Ban for their brand recognition and quality, and I never looked back. After a long 5 years of use, I still wear them just as frequency as when I first bought them. I highly recommend the club master design for anyone looking to have a classic yet modest look. Unlike the Ray Ban aviators, I feel you have the same coolness factor but without the ego.My only major con is how Ray Ban's, in general, fit an Asian man's face. I'm constantly pushing up my sunglasses every time they slide down my low nose bridge. It's annoying but unfortunately, there are not many alternatives. Nonetheless, these is one of the best investments I've made and I'm reaping the benefits now.

These are definitely the real deal- in description it states that some glasses were made in China while others were made in Italy- this does not affect the quality. Beautiful sunglasses, complete with classic leather Ray-Ban case & microfiber towel inside (though, I was a little surprised that it did not include a repair kit with small screwdriver & replacement screws). The single issue I had with item was a small scratch on one side of frames- I only mention this as I was slightly disappointed to find a flaw (hence the 4 stars rather than 5)-Otherwise it was minute enough that I will not be returning. Shipping was speedy with Amazon prime. Very happy with my purchase- would recommend.

To understand first. Is original. Ok... When I saw Made in China in got very worried about this. I ran out to the internet to check this issues and I found this and other comments about: "Ray-Ban Clubmaster Sunglasses RB3016 are produced in both Italy and China. The Chinese factories are still owned and operated by Luxottica with the same quality and they meet all the Ray-Ban standards."OK. Now I'm fine. The package was fine with all documents, not poor paper or poor flanel. I checked the lens and have the two Rb simbols one you only can see looking to the lights. So, is original.This pair of sunglasses is so cool, now I'm looking very very trickster with this RB.

These are my third pair or Clubmasters. I love the style and the fact that Ray Ban has so many colors available. This time I purchased the "Top Black on Red", which I logically assumed was the opposite of the "Top Red on Black" pair I already have. Unfortunately Amazon doesn't give a very detailed picture of the inside of the frame, so I was shocked upon their arrival that the inside color was actually PURPLE and not red at all. Needless to say this isn't what I wanted, but they're Clubmasters and the color is unique, so I'm going to keep them. They're really great glasses, but purple is definitely not my go-to color. Ray Ban needs to fire somebody.

First off, anybody who gave these low ratings because it's "Made In China" does not know what they are talking about. If you give your most minimal effort into looking up the authenticity of Ray-Ban sunglasses, you'll find out that Ray-Ban has opened up factories in China because the brand is very popular now meaning that just because it's Made In China, it doesn't mean it is fake.Now that being said, these sunglasses are awesome. The frame feels really sturdy and authentic and the metal outlining of the lenses give it a stylish image. The quality of these sunglasses are awesome and they feel really good on my face/head.
