Ordered on the 18th December. Delivered 19th December using the free "Super Saver Delivery" option. Unbelievable service regarding the speed of delivery....especially at this time of year!!The only reason i didn't rate at full marks was that it was poorly packaged in my opinion. We all know hoe fragile sunglasses can be at the best of times, but it was the standard DVD shaped wrap-around postal carton that Amazon use, with the sunglasses within. (inside their Ray Ban case). The packaging looked pretty tatty and deformed so feared the worst.All being said, there is was no damage to the glasses at all....sweet.Now onto the glasses themselves.I have another pair already, in tortoise-shell,

Let me just start off by saying that as long as your buying directly from Amazon (so sold and shipped by) there should be absolutely no question as to authenticity. I received two of the three pairs I ordered three days ago (one of these, two pairs of Erikas - the third should be coming tomorrow) and they're perfect. After reading various reviews voicing concerns of authenticity, I made sure that under seller I selected the Amazon option for each pair (a few bucks more than some, but still way lower than the RP). I would highly recommend that if you buy through Amazon that you do the same to ensure a hassle-free and worry-free purchase.I first came across these about a year and a half ago after I somehow managed to bend the frames of my Ray-Ban aviators.

Got this pair in today. 25Sept14 Awesome Bans. So real quick, they're big yes, but not like clown size shades. I read a review that said the polarized ones were heavy so they slide of the nose when looking down. Well, i took a chance and nope! They are light, not heavy at all. I think some people try to compare it with little frugal shades they might own. The glass makes the view clear., they hug my sides so i love the fact that you don't have sun coming in through the sides of the sunglasses. As far as feeling cheap? They are made of plastic so of course they feel light and cheapy, but they are actually nice and sturdy. Mine came in a brown leather textured case instead of the smooth black case shown.

This review is from a guy. I went into a glasses store to try on Ray Bans, I ended up liking these the best for my oval face shape. I found the other ray bans like the 55m RB2132 and the RB2140 to be way to small. Additionally, the RB2140 slant downwards on your face, and definitively doesn't look good on my kind of face. The lenses are incredible on these (got the green) which maintain natural color tones and reduce a little glare; the polarization further reduces glare. I already got a small scratch on them though by dropping them. From other peoples perspective, the lenses just look dark on your face, usually can't see the eyes. Recently purchased these sunglasses as a replacement for a lost pair of Wayfarers. This model looks similar to my old glasses but with a larger field of view. Extremely comfortable and would appear to be very durable. The view through these glasses is clear and sharp. I know from my first pair that the lens are fairly scratch resistent. Assuming I don't lose these like the first pair, they should be a pleasure to own and a better value that any $20 pair of drugstore glasses.I purchased these from an Amazon retailer, "Paris Miki Optical". Although they had the lowest price (plus free shipping and no tax), I was shocked at how fast I received them. I ordered them on Saturday evening and received them via FedEx Tuesday afternoon.

Let me start by saying THESE ARE NOT FAKE!!! I purchased these glasses after comparing the flat top with a pair of wayferes. The wayferes fit small on my face and the flat top provided the extra size and the style of the wayferes I was looking for. I live in S. Florida so I opted for the polarized green lens. It does a great job filtering the light and eliminating glare especially during sun showers. Any polarized lens will make tints on a car and cell phone screens look like they have a strange glare. This happens with any polarized lens. I didn’t have any issues with the shipping process and the product arrived fully intact (no damage to any of the boxes.)

***EVERYONE READ THIS*** I know there has been some discrepancy as to if these sunglasses are real or not and I can tell you with confidence that they are 100% genuine. I returned two pairs to Amazon due to the flimsy and squeaking sound but when all three came to my door step and were exactly the same, I went to Sunglass Hut (an authorized seller of Ray-Ban). These shades were exactly the same at the retail store as the ones I purchased on Amazon, EXACTLY. What I think is Ray-Ban had a previous version of these and when complaints came in that they were heavy or bulky they made them lighter. Also the squeakiness does stop after some time though they still do feel "somewhat" flimsy but do take in account they are larger frames.

First saw these sunglasses at a local Sunglass Hut for $200, went home did a little research and noticed that amazon was selling the same glasses for half the price AND they were polarized. I am unsure as to why other reviewers have questioned the authenticity of the glasses as they seemed to be authentic to me. The glasses themselves contain "Crystal" aka glass rather than polycarbonate lenses meaning they were a bit heavier than the normal pair of glasses. Glasses can easily be adjusted at a local eyewear retailer, as I had to do as they were a bit loose on the face. Overall a sturdy pair of glasses to be expected from Ray-Ban.

A beautiful sunglasses for men!!! I was looking this article for to make a gift at my boyfriend! They are big and have a beautiful color!!! I love this color!!! The sunglasses are arrived in good condition inside the box by Ray Ban and the custody.. unfortunately the packaging was not adequate, in fact the box arrived spoiled.. this not is good for a gift! :( I hope that in future Amazon will do better the packaging!!!I have bought this sunglasses at a great price, in fact, I have saved "something" than buying in the store! My gift has had very success: it was really liked from my boyfriend!!!Good the times of shipping to Italy, but unfortunately my membership to Amazon Prime (on the site UK)

Great glasses. I have a larger than average sized head & wayfarers, clubmaster, and such popular styles never fit. These are certainly glasses for the larger head person. Despite such a description, make sure they aren't too big on you. When I wear these for longer periods of time they tend to slip down my nose. They are a bit weightier than comfortable, but it's a fair enough trade off for the snazzy style and overall decent enough fit. I opted for the non-polarized, which can be a bit too little protection on a really sunny day while walking around a concrete area that reflects the sun. Make sure these measurements are right for you - the style and quality are great, though.

I would only buy from Amazon shipped by Amazon. B/c if you buy this product from a third party you are risking a knockoff...Amazon legally can't do that, which is why you should order from them. I love these glasses. They fit my face nicely (bigger than most heads out there) and they are simple/sleek. Do they make a cracking sound? Why ofcouse, but by no means is it abnormal. I have owned several brands of sunglasses from Armani to Dolce to something bought at the GoodWill, it's PLASTIC...all plastic makes noise. If you're still somewhat skeptical about ordering this from Amazon, don't be. It's a great way to save on something that we all want, a nice pair of sunglasses :)

I really like these sunglasses and they aren't only for people with wide faces. I have a longer oval face and I can wear the regular ray bans and they look kinda big on me, yet these are a little bigger than the normal ones and they don't look too big for my face. So even if you do have a skinnier or smaller face it still looks really good. At least that's what I think and mine didn't have the sqeaking or the noise problem like other comments did they are really well made and the shipping was fast and on time. Overall if you like ray bans and you will love these are they, in my opinion, can be worn by almost any face shape. Thanks for the awesome sunglasses!

If you have a fat head, are a big and tall person or like large frames/lenses then these are for you. They have a timeless look. I'm 6'1' and 250 and these look like regular sunglasses on me. Wayfarers look like they just cover my eyeballs. The 60mm is what fits me the best. If you're an average size and don't want them to engulf your face, go smaller. I wore these while life guarding in San Diego and they took a beating. They're so well made. The polarization is like x-ray vision through the water. I didn't even hesitate buying these again after someone stole my last ones (watch out for your karma, bud.) I might just be a lifer with these bad boys.

My last experience with sunglasses was through my optometrist. I usually don't buy glasses from an optometrist, but I had some insurance money and thought I could get a good deal. To make a long story short, it was not a good experience.So, I was delighted with this whole experience. Amazon delivered, as always, in a timely manner. The sunglasses are well made, fit me great, the price was right, and best of all, they are a great experience when I put them on. I love the brown polarized lens. They give everything such a fairy tale feel. The colors are almost florescent they are so bright. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely buy Ray-Ban again.

This is probably the best investment in sunglasses I've ever made. They form perfectly for my face and they're not at all too big. The shipping was fast and arrived on time, but the quality of shipping was very poor in which I found it in a bubble-secured parcel leaving the ray-ban box looking squashed. I was afraid the sunglasses were damaged too, but luckily the case did a good job of protecting it, at least from what I see for now. SHIPPING COULD BE BETTER, but the product itself is definitely worth it. I would buy another one of these in a different frame color if it were available. Worth the money, a must get!
