Omg these are so stinking cute. My son is developmentally delayed so he has issues with stuff touching his face (we are still working on me being allowed to wipe his face after he eats because its touch and go), I bought these mostly on hope he would wear them, and it took awhile but he will accept them for small amounts of time. Which in my family, is a win. He has a giant head so that is so nice that they fit and will fit him for a minute. He has light eyes so eye protection was really important to me. It should factor into every parent's outdoor decisions for their babies and kids regardless of skin tone or eye color (yes lighter of both is higher risk but all skin and all eyes can get sun damage),you don't need to buy these, but look at recommendations from American academy of pediatrics about sunglasses and make sure you are getting the right protection for your kiddos (what do they block, how is it rated, do they do well with reflected light off water? Etc) not just something that looks cute as pie. Because these are both but I'm sure there are more options out there that will work also.

I purchased these glasses last spring and my daughter used them all summer when she was 8-14 months old. We live in sunny Arizona and they got a lot of use at the pool. They are pricey for baby sunglasses but they're oh so cute! My favorite look with these glasses was when she also had on her sun hat so you couldn't see the band around her head. They stay on well, I never had problems with my daughter pulling them off when we were outside, when I tried them on her inside she didn't like them though, I'm assuming it made everything too dark. I loved being able to have sun protection for her little eyes, especially while swimming with light reflecting off the water as well.It was also nice to keep water from splashing in her eyes while she floated around in her pool float. Our pool has a sandy beach and I regret I wasn't diligent in storing them in their case always, the lenses scratched easily just from being placed in my pool bag with slightly sandy towels and clothing. So I would recommend for the price you pay for them make sure you always keep them in the little storage bag.

It is a great product to protect your baby's eyes. I like it for my baby and yes per other reviews it does leave a red line around the frame but it goes away after a few minutes. As long as I don't see any rash or something terribly bad for her skin, I am ok. I wish, that the velcro was the new type that doesn't make scary sound. A lot of time she sleeps after the walk and I have to take the sun glasses off after we come inside the house. Just slipping off and on works but sometimes I have to undo the velcro and I wish the company will start using the newer type of the velcro where it is still very strong but makes less scary sounds for the baby. Otherwise these are great. It is surprising how many people do not know about these. we went for a fair and our baby was wearing them. 1. She got a LOT of compliments. 2. so many people asked us about them and said that they would love these for babies in their family....our baby doesn't take them off or is bothered by them so, so far so good.

These are so cool! Everyone comments on how they look on our baby. The retro, bigger lens design is a nice touch--the more popular style that sell looked too sporty, especially if you have a girl. The pink camo is very stylish without being too cheesy. It has a simple patch of velcro that can be quickly undone, wrapped around your babies head, and the re-secured. The band has some flex to it and the back is wider to help it stay on. Our 5-month old is a bit on the small side and the sunglasses are not too big for her. We're not a big fan of big floppy hats and these sunglasses proved themselves on our recent trip to the amusement park. They come with a cloth bag, which was a nice way to keep them from getting scratched in the diaper bag.Our baby doesn't mind having them on and it appears that she likes not having the sun on her eyes. One of us thought it was just a frivolous gag purchase but it turned out to have great utility and looks cool!

I absolutely love these glasses and most importantly they stay on my daughter's head and don't leave marks after minutes of wearing as I have previously experienced with other glasses. The band that goes around the head is adjustable and very comfortable. The glasses themselves cover a large area and sides of the head so no sun comes in from the sides.I bought the glasses in white and so far have not noticed them getting dirty too soon. They come in a soft pouch like adult sunglasses do which you can use to clean the glasses. My daughter also loves playing with them, the keeps taking the glasses out of the pouch and stuffs them back. It's a good distraction and keeps her occupied if needed. The glasses are very well made and have already traveled to two countries with us and they are still like new.My baby girl looks so adorable in these glasses. I would definitely buy another pair in a different color or size!

Cute! But for my baby girl starting in 4months but wearing size upto one month in clothes (hope it helps gage the head) it comes right upto a cm from the last but that I can velcro on ( meaning it's big on the band.. ) it does cut across over her ears though so I'm yet to see how it sits when she's bigger.. not sure the kid would like her ears strapped to her head? Also the frontnose grip area.. no soft cushioning (like every kids glasses but for the price would have liked that it did so it didn't leave Ares mark which it did on my little one.. so I'm gonna see if a glue gun can do the trick or if there is something I can buy.. I would recommend it but with the points above if u are happy to get it..I paid for a quick delivery which was the cost of these plus almost 7£ shipping... Probably not worth it but that said I did have updates on the order which was lovely and it's such a cute design

The glasses I received were solid pink rather than the camo shown, but I like the solid color better. The strap was a little big for my six month old, but the Velcro is long enough that I just left the end of it hanging loose. She'll be able to wear it for the next couple of years. She didn't much appreciate me putting the glasses on her, but once they were on she seemed to forget they were there. The only flaw was that the strap would slip off the back of her head if she rolled around a lot. A split strap like you sometimes see on swim goggles would eliminate the problem; I might try it myself and see how it goes. All in all, great glasses. They stayed on all afternoon, they were comfortable enough that baby ignored them, and the adjustable strap means they'll last us a long time. Four stars!

These arrived today, of course just as baby and I were getting back from our walk on an unseasonably warm February day. They're even better than I had imagined, and I was pretty excited to get them. What wasn't clear to me online was that they would be adjustable - the strap part is a sort of fabric-covered foam-like material, and it loops through on one side and velcros back with a long strip of velcro, so you can adjust the length of the strap there. So clever. They also could not be more stylish, and when I put them on her just because I had to see how she looked in them, she didn't seem to mind at all - she just kept right on playing, as if the sudden darkening of her world was no big deal.As if I wasn't already longing for spring already, now I have one more reason!

This style of sunglasses works well as it's a larger lense and a curved frame that hugs the baby's face: the baby has maximum visibility with minimal sunlight coming in around the frame. My baby didn't like them at first, but when we put them on in the bright sunlight, and she realized that she was suddenly able to see, she was happy to keep them on (we were outside for probably an hour and she never tried to remove them again). We have a very big 5-month-old, and the glasses fit her well on the perfectly-aligned-velcro size, which means they could have fit a couple of months ago on a smaller alignment, and they'll definitely fit for several more months if we adjust larger. They seem well made and durable - we would buy again.

Think of how it feels to be out in the bright sunshine without your sunglasses...squinty and uncomfortable, and yet do people stop to think about what it must be like for a baby in similar conditions? Granted, babies should be limited in their sun exposure and should wear a hat in the bright sun, but protecting those young eyes is a must in my book. The Baby Banz Retro Banz Oval Baby Sunglasses fit the bill. Big enough to cover the eyes completely, with a soft band that keeps them firmly in place and is easy to clean - just what your little sweetheart needs and in arctic white to go with any outfit. My granddaughter was 9 months old when I bought hers and she is quite happy to wear them.I definitely recommend this product.

Bought these as a gift to give my niece when I met her for the first time. I'd overheard my brother saying that he'd been trying to take his baby on walks outside but that she hates the the bright sunlight. Knowing they'd be visiting us in the sunny southwest, I hopped online and found some sunglasses so she'd be equipped to face the sunshine when she came to visit. They fit well. The strap was soft enough and there weren't areas of it that seemed like obvious "scratching" hazards. I also liked that the sunglasses seem designed to fit a wide range of ages, since the strap is so adjustable. They cost 19.99 when I bought them, which seemed fair enough since the baby ought to be able to wear them for more than a year.

Awesome - the best glasses ever! Full eye protection, dark, strong, cover all eye, stay on the nose even when running. These are far the best sunglasses I have ever bought. I have already 6 pairs of them. One in the nursery, one at grandma's, one in the car, one always in my handbag (just in case) and two at home. I also have smaller sizes, as I started to buy them when my little one was 6 months old, now she is 4. They fit head perfectly, no sun is getting in, they are round the eye protection. They are dark, so my super sensitive to sun child doesn't cry at all. They stay on the head even when she runs crazy. They are easy for her to put on and take off herself if she needs it.Overall PERFECT.

We're practising using these with our 2 year old before going on holiday so she wears them in her car seat to keep the low winter sun out of her eyes. She loves them and they are much better looking than I expected as I bought the white. However, the elasticated band around the back of her head always slips down making her ears stick out and it is impossible to keep it in place. A rubber lining on the band would only pull her hair so a slim band fitting over the top of her head would be the only solution. They're almost perfect but I wonder when she needs to wear them all day in the sun will this design fault make all the difference because she may not tolerate the discomfort for longperiods.

They say they fit 0-2 years but I think it may need a little more Velcro to fit my 5 month olds head a little better. They stay on for the most part but the Velcro is only touching a little and if she shakes her head I'm afraid they will fall off. But babies grow fast so I'm sure they will fit by the time she really needs them. Other than that I love them. They have awesome coverage so I know no bright light is going to blind her from the top and sides of the glasses. They have the soft nose and forehead pieces which is nice because they don't seem to bother her (press too hard into her face). They are super cute and she is my little diva in them.

We bought these for the baby in July 2013, she was 8 months at the time, for the lake. I wanted something that didn't slip around on her face on the boat or that she could pull of and lose. These did all that! She could, of course, pull them down, but b/c they were velcroed on, they didn't fall off. She just doesn't like sunglasses much so they didn't get much use...I was so disappointed cuz they're really cute! Even at almost 2 yrs old now, they still fit her!The glasses themselves aren't the highest quality of plastic, but it's for children, so no biggie. The strap is a soft foamy material, so there shouldn't be comfort issues.
