I bought the enormous crocodile hand puppet to go with the Roald Dahl book, " The Enormous Crocodile", this was one of my favourite stories as a child and I wanted to share it with my daughter, with the added fun of the enormous crocodile puppet.I have to say she absolutely loves the puppet and makes him gobble up many of her toys, and his kith is large enough to fit quite a lot in there - however she's not so keen on the book as it frightens her!This is an excellent puppet, very well made with great details, fits an adults or child's hand and provides hours of fun with or without the accompanying book, and could also be used for Punch and Judy!

My little girl asked for a Crocodile for Christmas and Father Christmas delivered in the form of this gorgeous soft snappy chap!I love him, he's perfect, and she's delighted too. All other references in other reviews to his size are, quite frankly, stupid. He is called 'Enormous Crocodile' because the character in the book is called 'The Enormous Crocodile' not because the makers are suggesting he is enormous! That being said, he is a good size for a plush toy!

A sweet croc that is brilliantly reminiscent of Quentin Blake's illustration, but it's really not so enormous! A present for an animal loving little boy, though, so I think he'll like it - the jaws snap shut very satisfyingly, and he's soft and squishy to cuddle. PS. Small boy has now received croco and loves it. He hasn't been put down since emerging from his birthday wrapping paper; perfect for a 2 year old animal lover..

I love this! I've bought it as part of my 1 year old nephew's birthday present. My kids (6.5 and 4) are desperate to get their hands on it. Love the snapping sound as you close his mouth. I can think of so many fun things to do with him besides telling the story of the enormous crocodile. I hope my nephew will love it as he grows up. I may need to invest in another to keep my kids sweet

I bought this for my 2 year old nephew and he absolutely loves it. Very soft and cuddly and he finds it hilarious the way the mouth opens and closes. On a side note as others have previously mentioned, the description is inaccurate as the crocodile isn't 'enormous', it is actually very small. The product itself is fantastic though, I wouldn't fault it, only the description.

The toy is really soft and my daughter loves it. It's also got a really cute face and the jaws open and close in a fun way. Only thing is it's not Enormous. It may be 50cm but because it's slender etc it's really nit very big. We were expecting delivery of an "Enormous" crocodile but got a baby crocodile LOL... apart from the size exageration this is a great toy!

My son is absolutely in love with this toy. It has helped him congnitively and with imagination. He now puts balls and smaller toys in the crocodile’s mouth and runs around with it saying “aaarrrr” (he is one). We also have the book and he adores having the book read to him (we shorten it because he is so young) holding the toy.

Fabulous companion for the Roald Dahl book of the same name - ideal to give as a gift with the book - ideal for say 5 year old (or younger) and you can read with them doing the actions with the puppet. They can also attack siblings with it and read the book themselves with the puppet as they get older. Very good quality.

My son is a massive Roald Dahl Enormous Crocodile fan! I didn't know this kind of merchandise existed so was pleasantly surprised when I did a search on Amazon for Enormous Crocodile! This made my sons Christmas, forget everything else! Snap-Snap won hands down!

Bought for grandson, who has a liking for crocodiles! This one went down really well - and the opening mouth brings shrills and laughter. It is always to hand when singing row, row, row your boat, when reaching the second of verse of "If you see a crococile".

Much smaller than expected but he's very cute and lovely and soft. Very well made and looks just like the character from the story! My 4yr old son asked for a "teddy crocodile" for christmas and was very happy to receive this.

Great gift for 2yr old boy or girl - that age when they are interacting and really enjoy glove puppets. Nice quality and good for child or adult use. Useful for when reading the Enormous Crocodile book also!

Our nursery children at school were having a Pirate Week and this chap fitted in just nicely with their games and display. They thoroughly enjoyed making up stories using the crocodile.

I bought this for my 4 year old son. He loves it, he was so excited when i used this reading the story. It adds an extra dimension to the story experience.I would recommend to anyone!

Well made but 1 star off because they use cardboard to make the jaws rig, should be plastic.My son loves it and we have loads of fun playing the "crocodile coming ahhh" game.
