i boight this for my 4 year old.. press his trunk and there is a little trumpeting sound that repeats twice.. sounds a bit like a trumpet in a elephants sound. not too loud too and very cute. a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. Only downfall is that you cannot change any batteries so if the sound did run out theres no way of making it work again. But very happy goes perfect with her books as a gift.

I have purchased this as a gift for my baby Grandson who loves Elmer's bright colours. I am sure that as he is introduced to the many Elmer stories, this will become a favourite soft toy. It is well made with very bright, Elmer patchwork colours and has a lovely trumpeting sound. I might need to keep him!

Was a bit worried when it arrived that the trumpet noise didn't work (it took me ages to find the button), turns out its just tricky to find so my godson struggled a bit too.

After my granddaughter had spending 10 weeks hunting for all of the Elmer elephants in the Newcastle area this made an ideal gift. The trumpeting trunk was a bonus.

I can't really say if this you is durable since it is a gift that hasn't been delivered yet. But it looks strong and well made. I think my grandson will love it.

This has given great pleasure to a baby’s parents and will, no doubt, do the same for the baby when she is old enough to enjoy Elmer and his honking trunk.

This was for my granddaughter for Christmas as she loves Elmer book. The colours are bright and the material is soft. The toy is well made.
