I bought this large nutbrown hare for my daughters birthday 3years ago. There is literally not a second that goes by he isn't by her side- truly loved from day 1. He was super soft & gorgeous on arrival. The funny thing is, my friend recently had a baby so I purchased a nut brown hare for her daughter. I couldn't believe how much love has change my daughters nutbrown hair! hehehe- he has literally had the life loved out of him! With all the strangulation hugs he's lost his fullness & despite the million of washing cycles (yes he may not be the fresh colours he was) but Not a stitch is out of place even now. My point is he was one of most most favourite purchases ever & still is to this day - he may look a little scruffy now but I would buy him a million times over!

This was my (now very grown up) daughter's favourite book many, many years ago so it proves how enduringly and endearingly popular it is. To find this faithful reproduction of Nut Brown Hare in a soft toy is a delightful find - and at a truly amazing price, currently only £7.98 (I suspect on offer so grab it now before the price goes up).It's soft, it's floppy, it brings me and my daughter right back to those halcyon days of her childhood - this is a keeper. One of my best finds to date, I'd say. It inspired me to get the souped up version of the book too - to create a keepsake for many years (and I hope, grandchildren) to come.

You couldn’t guess how much my daughter loves her ‘bunny’. My mum bought it for her hoping it would be a special toy. Well from day 1 it has been her favorite companion and she rubs her face with its ear to help her sleep. 15 months later and she still loves it. We try to keep it confined to her room so as not to lose him but she regularly drags the poor thing around. He’s been through the machine wash a few times and come out just as good as new. I’m going to buy another one as I am worried about this one becoming one of the lost soft toys around the globe!!

Bought for my puppy. I figured it would be well made as its for a child. And as my dog is gentle it seems fine. When I unwrapped it Her brown eyes lit up. She starting jumping around. I gave her the rabbit and it's been her constant companion all day.It does feel like it has filling like beanies so I'll have to watch for any rips, but as she's never torn any of her soft toys I think this will be fine. She seems to lick rather than chew it and of course the label is proving a favorite. Lovely good size and we'll made. Suitable for human and fur babies.

Since becoming a Dad for the first time I've become a bit of a sucker when it come to buying things for my daughter. She loves Guess How Much I Love You, so I just had to buy this. She absolutely loves it. Her face lights up when she sees him.If things carry on the way they are I may well need a to buy a second one as a backup!The toy itself is a good size (not too big and not too small), very soft and has a lovelly smiley face. It says suitable from birth and the material seems good and strong and does not shed any fluff.

Was originally going to get little nutbrown hare, but he was a fair bit smaller, glad I got big nutbrown hair for the extra couple of quid. He is a lovely weight to him, not too heavy for a baby but not too light and floppy. The bottom legs and feet are great for chewing for an older baby, arms and ears great for them to practice grabbing. Super soft, easy to wipe clean too. Only flaw is that the I love you patch on one foot may be a bit rough. Not enough to scratch but ruins the overall soft texture of him

I purchased this for my yet to be born niece/nephew. It arrived very quickly packaged well and Iam delighted with it. It's lovely and soft and will look so cute n cuddly in any pram or cot.I wasn't too sure if this was going to look a bit cheap but am very happy with Mr Hare. I alsopurchased the book "Guess How Much I Love You" and what a great book. The illustration andquality of this little but not too little book is brilliant. Whichever ever you chose to purchase,I'm sure you will enjoy.

I have the small version of this toy. Unlike the people that are likely to be reading these reviews it was actually bought for me for my puppy. She absolutely loves it. She cuddles up to it when she feels sorry for herself and she carries it around a fair amount. I think it is probably unlikely that a baby would have sharp teeth or as much slobbering as my Rottweiler puppy so should certainly be strong enough to cope with a human baby. Super soft, super cute and definitely super hard wearing

My daughter (7 months) has had this soft toy close by since newborn. She's adopted it as her comforter now and lives to fall asleep hugging it whilst sucking her thumb. Very soft baby friendly material and lovely long floppy ears which she'll twiddle with whilst falling asleep. I think it's great for babies to be able to self soothe and big nut brown hare has definitely helped her to do that. My one concern is washing it? I may just put it in the washing machine and hope for the best!!

I am 31 and ordered this hare for myself. I have complex post traumatic stress disorder and am awaiting therapy. It is often a nightmare inside my head. I like to hold the hare when I feel distressed and it really does help me feel better. I can be uncomfortable with cuddly toys, as I sometimes dislike the expressions on their face (I don't know if that sounds strange), but this hare really is very cute. So I think if you are looking for a cuddly friend, this hare is a good choice.

Such a cute bunny and well made, my little niece is going to love him. Lovely and soft and just as Nutbrown Hare should look. The guess how much I love you book is a beautiful story and this is just a lovely addition to that. A perfect Christmas present.I had to knock off a star as I think the pictures are slightly misleading, it is what I would say was an average sized soft toy not a large, non the less for the price I think it's worth the money (£8.76 current price)

I bought this for my grandson from his new little sister gift. He loves nut brown hair.....kept saying it wasn't big nut brown hair but its bigger than the normal one so I'd say its more medium nut brown hair, it measures at 22cm so check the size with a ruler before buying to make sure it is the size you want. I can't complain at the reduced price its very good value for money. More importantly it is the genuine nut brown hair and great quality.

I crocheted a pink baby blanket and lined the back with Guess how much I love you material for my great great niece last Christmas so ordered nut brown for her 1st birthday in June, it's Gorgeous! Bigger and cuddlier then I imagined.It arrived very quickly along with the matching 1st birthday card and wrapping paper I also ordered, I can't wait to give it to her.Overall I am very pleased with these purchases and the prices.

We bought the mummy and little nutbrown hares for our firstborn as he liked the book. He wasn't interested. However, our second born loves big nutbrown hare so much, he's so happy every time he sees him/her. He sucks the ears and shares the paws with us! We bought another recently as a back up and the quality is just as good as the first one, which was bought around three years ago. Very pleased. Also, both have nice faces!

I bought this for my Mam to go towards a few gifts I'm giving her the night before my wedding along with the book as it was something she'd always read to me and say to me as I was growing up! Definitely worth paying for be quality is by far better than some of the cheaper option and it's a lovely size! I'd also recommend buying be book. They go great together as a child's gift or for something sentetmental!
