Whereas some stores (catalogue stores on the high street) will provide an 'assorted character' even if you order one in particular, Amazon truly do distinguish between the four teletubbies - when you have a little one with an affection for Dipsy this makes all the difference!The toy is well made, safe to use for young children (18 months +) and when the tummy is pressed says one of several phrases. There are just enough of these that the toy is not too annoying for parents, however it could do with a few more! Also, although some of the phrases are clear and from the television show ('Big Hug', etc) - there are a few which I can't quite make out. Overall I'm pleased with the phrases,

Purchase for my granddaughter she mislaid the one she had. We eventually found it when it was heavy rain being only two ago buried it in the first once the grace rain started my daughter went to retrieve it covers in sludge and wet tbrough. However my granddaughter saw it and wanted to play euthbit. My daughter invite would not let hrf. When my granddaughter came to visit with my daughter later that dsy. My granddaughter told me her mum would not let her play with lala she said naughty mummy Hannah I tried to tell her it was because it was fidty. Anyhow I was looking after been the following day so I sent for it from my AMAZON prime account. Which I would also recommend.

My two year daughter loves her Teletubbies collection and I do recommend getting them all if your child is like mine. The only reason I have given this one (Tinky Winky) 4 stars instead of 5 is because this one has stopped talking already, it just makes a noise and cuts off, while the other ones are still going strong. Po is my daughters favourite so it's not down to this one getting pressed the most or anything. I only bought it a few months back. At this price, though, I really don't mind purchasing it again if my daughter gets upset about him not talking anymore (so far she is happy with cuddles though).

My little one just loves the new Teletubbies so I thought the new talking toys would make perfect presents. I am pleased to say that I've been proven correct and Laa Laa is now their new favourite toy. Greeted with huge smiles every time she appears, Laa Laa gets kissed, hugged and cuddles galore.The volume isn't too loud so you can tune the talking out. The toy's batteries can also be replaced - a great feature which some toys like this don't offer.This is a lovely toy for Teletubbies fans and the joy it is bringing to my littke one makes it worth more than its weight in gold!

We purchased this one and the rest of them all individually. Seemed like a lot of money at the time but we wanted to have them all talking rather than buy a cheaper set of all of them together as just soft toys.Had the whole collection for a couple of months now and still going strong.Toddler absolutely loves that they all have their individual phrases and not all just the same voice box. They are still comfy to cuddle and those the faces are wipeable plastic, they aren't solid so it doesn't really hurt when shes swinging them around like a nutter ?

I bought this for my Godson's second birthday and he adores it. Perfect size for little hands (although he tends to carry it around by the hoop on its head) The fabric is nice and plush - feels like fleece. The face is harder. When you squeeze its tummy he says a variety of phrases from the programme. The batteries aren't changable but I expect his parents won't be too sorry when they run out :) it'll still be a lovely soft toy when it stops speaking.

We'd already bought Lala, po and tinkwinky so needed dipsy to add to the collection. He came in a little plastic bag with just one tag on to cut off, battery compartment which you can actually replace the batteries in on the back which is a bonus. Hes a very soft cuddly toy my daughter loves him, just a warning though when she takes him to bed at night and she rolls over dipsy does start talking ? great little toy for any teletubbie fan

I would totally recommend this parents or anyone with young ones who adore teletubbies. My nephew has recently started to have and obsession with teletubbies and always says "Lala" so that being his favourite one I decided to purchase this talking lala for him. And when it arrived I must say I was very pleased with the item. You click the button in its belly and it says a few words and sentences. Would totally recommend this.

Maybe its because its a Teletubby but my 2-year-olds brothers face lit up when I let him open the parcel and he saw it. His smile got even bigger when I pressed the button and it spoke. It's not got one of those really creepy kids toy speaker voices and actually isn't that annoying (Unlike most of his toys) plus its easy enough for him to press on his own.I will definitely buy the other three tubbies for him at some point.

Bought this toy for my neice who adores Teletubbies. The toy is good and better priced than high street stores. My only gripe is that the back does not have velcro therefore, should the battery need replacing, this will prove difficult. As I understand it, a lot of the new Teletubbies toys don't have this velcro and previous toys have lasted well over a year and are still going strong so this shouldn't detract you.

I have a 2 year old daughter who loves the teletubbies. We bought this Po doll as a Christmas present. She loves it. It will say a few random phrases, most we recognise, one we have no idea what she is saying (i think Po's a she?).It's a good size and the quality is nice. Battery hasn't run out so far, we'll see how long it lasts for. If your child is a teletubbies fan, this will likely make them very happy

Bright, colourful, safe (under supervision) and interactive - what more could you want for in a baby toy! This is my nephew's favourite new toy and he won't leave it alone - his face lights up, he giggles and smiles. The toy is a perfect size and such a lovely colour - and the Teletubby sounds are very clear. Overall, highly recommended and the best buy I have made so far in terms of impact!

my grandson absolutely adores these things, and given he is only 7 months old, loves them to bits, so far have got three and will no doubt be purchasing the last, he loves the sounds they make and they are made of a good quality fabric, not sure how long the battery will last, that being the only downside I guess, as they cant be replaced, but I don't think my grandson will care.

Finally my daughter completes her teletubbies ids collection. She adores her Teletubbies's every single thing.Personally I think they are good but they can be a bit better if they are created heights as in the series. They will be more realistic and more interactive to play as the kid can differentiate them as big to small.Over all it's perfect for those lil hands.

My daughter LOVES teletubbies so she was over the moon with this, I had to take the first one I bought back as the material of the face was peeling off but the replacement I got has been fine. Only other negative I would say is that I don't think the speaking is very loud but overall, nice product and looks just like tinkywinky (some other Teletubbie products don't)
