Bought for a friends 1 year old boy who likes his Fireman Sam. When he finally managed to open the present (my wrapping is hard core!), he had the biggest smile on his face. His dad kept pressing the button on Fireman Sam's left hand to be greeted by about 5 different Fireman Sam phrases and part of the theme tune. Every time, the little lad had a huge smile on his face. I'm over the moon the little lad liked it. The product doesn't have much in the way of buttons to pull off or anything. The hat does come off though it's big enough not to be swallowed by a kid (trust me, I tried it myself lol). Can't fault the product and the smiles from the little boy were priceless.

Ive bought this present for my son as a gift from his new sibling (due next month). He is a massive fan of fireman sam and he is going to love this toy! The size is just right for him (my son is just 2) and Sam's voice is exactly the same as the tv show. The phrases are well recognised ones and an ideal length for my son to learn ie not too many words!!A really fantastic looking product and although I can't comment on its durability as it will stay in its box for a few more weeks, I can't wait to see my son's reaction when he opens it!!!

After a shakey start (as the first Fireman Sam received didn't work), we eventually received one that works perfectly. The company were very quick to answer questions regarding the swap and refunded the postage to send the first one back. The only downfall was the length of time it took to sort out as this was a birthday presant for my boy at the begining of Feb but didn't get the new one till late April.Over all he is happy with the toy and goes almost everywhere.

Never seen a happier face than when Fireman Sam arrived - Even I was grinning as it was great. Nice big toy that was an instant hit and even taken to bed with my son. However the next morning Fireman Sam started sluring his words and I had to rush to shops and buy batteries before a wee boy ended up upset. That worked and Fireman Sam is back in action. I say buy this toy - but buy some batterys at the same time. They are small round watch batterys.

Bought this toy for my son of 18 months who is a massive Fireman Sam fan. The toy itself was reasonable in price, well made and sturdy and stands up well to my son's boisterous play. The only downside is my son loves it when the theme tune is played and does his little dance but it is not played for very long probably only a minute, just as he starts to dance it finishes and he looks disappointed.Quick delivery as always from Amazon

This is a good quality plush toy of Fireman Sam - standing approx. 10" tall. It's a well made item, which also speaks. Press Sam's hand and he repeats phrases from the show.This is a nice and soft toy, perfect for young kids who want to hug their firefighting hero! I do think it's a bit over-priced, and I found that the battery didn't last long.But it's been a much loved toy - and for that reason I recommend it.

A really good toy. My 2 1/2 year old grandson just loves fireman sam and was over the moon when he received it. he takes it to bed and talks to him. would recommend to any "littlies" (under fives) and he is educational too. When taking my grandson out for a walk, he spotted smoke (steam from an outlet pipe from a kitchen) and said "look nana, smoke tell fireman sam". i was amazed. A very good purchase.

My son is so pleased with his new Talking Fireman Sam. He has taken him everywhere. He has 4 or 5 different phrases and also sings the theme tune to the programme which my son likes the best. The only problem is he has to keep pressing the button inside his hand until he sings the song so its starting to get a little grubby and i don't suppose it will survive the washer!!!

very pleased with this toy, i got it for my friend's little boy as he loves fireman sam and he was ecstatic with it! It talks, sings, is made of the soft material so also is great for comforting cuddles and squeezes. Hopefully battery will last a good amount of time but at the moment it's a great buy, good size for little hands and great for sing along!

Came quicker than I expected, thanks to the sales team for understanding.Comes with a demo battery that just tells you it's working, it would be helpful to have the batteries to start you off, however, my grandson LOVES this toy, it's small enough to take into bed but big enough to play with during the day.Well packaged and nice quality

Fantastic value for money. I recently bought a similar one from Argos and was very disappointed to find it was only 9 inch toy; it was tiny. So I came on Amazon and seen this one at a great price. Delivered today and batteries were included, excellent purchase and it is really big. Can't wait to see my wee grandson with it at Christmas.

this is a well made, good quality toy; Unfortunately however, my 3 year old nephew was scared of it, despite being obsessed with fireman Sam, at the time. I don't think it was the fault of the toy, but you never know; my nephew does find artificial eyes unsettling, so it was probably just that.

Bought this as a little gift for my granddaughter who 2 years old and mad on Firemen Sam. She loved it especially the theme song which always sings with the tv or iPad. Only one criticism and that the song isn’t another line longer and include “Sam is the hero next door”

Bought this for my sons 2nd birthday. He loves it! The toy has five phrases only problem is doesn't have an off switch so can get a bit irritating when you hear the same phrases and theme tune over and over again! Apart from that though it is very good. Would recommend!

Bought this item for a little boy turning three, over the moon with the item and a very happy little boy. Lots of different phrases from the show and if think all in all the item is priced well considering the size and quality.
