All new materials, polyester fibre and pellets/beans label & embroidered fabric Wild Republic CE label attached to the derrière. Sloth looking 'fur', scruffy and wiry appearance, yet oh sooo incredibly soft. Facial features aligned to look like a sloth, not a teddy bear.Long arms with beanie palms give a little weight which helps with cuddling. Hands wrap around the neck well, staying more or less in place. Shorter legs, with beanie heels and a beanie derrière, add weight so increase the realism. This sloth is a joy to cuddle with floppy arms and legs and a squishy little bum!Brown plastic safety eyes with large black pupils are positioned low, nearly in line with the black plastic safety nose with tiny indentations and nostrils.A little mouth is barely noticeable, looks like a seam; however just right, wide and very close to the nose.All materials are quality and we experienced absolutely no fur shedding. Perhaps this problem has now been overcome. Just the right amount of stuffing all over, no overfill which feels like hollow fibre, retaining a good shape yet incredibly squishy to cuddle. Thankfully no velcro anywhere which is good, the hooks would devour this lovely fur. Sloth measurements approx:-Sitting - derrière to top of head - not including length of fur - 28 cm 11 "Top of head to toes – not including length of fur - 47 cm 18 1/2 "Outstretched arms tip to tip - 64 cm 25 1/4 "Outstretched arm down to outstretched leg – hand tip to foot tip - 63 cm 24 3/4 "Perhaps two improvements would add to the realism, for those deeply into sloths as my daughter is. I'm reliably informed this is a three toed Pradypus Sloth. They have a little stubby tail, unfortunately this sloth has no tail, disappointing as we assumed there would be!...This sloth has mitten type hands and feet with running stitches depicting the claws. It's a pity as a lot had fantastic individual long fabric claws - the only plus point with other sloths! She wanted her sloth to hold food in the claws and can't. Although frustrating, we were aware of the hands and feet prior to purchase. This sloth was still the loveliest, overall most realistic looking out there so no regrets at all.After a minor mishap up a tree...occupational hazard! we observed tiny twigs and garden bits are best avoided, unless you have patients and time. A 30°C machine hand wash cycle and full spin had absolutely no detrimental effect whatsoever! Neither has lying on top of a radiator, however, I would not think a tumble dryer would have the same positive outcome.We hope they make a teeny tiny baby sloth too, that would be so cute! This sloth is loved to little bits, a lifetime friend.... a sloth is for life, not just for Christmas!

After searching the internet for the nicest stuffed sloth I could find I eventually decided on this, and I am very happy in regards to my decision. The fur seems unique to this stuffed sloth variant, and is ridiculously soft and warm. It can be smoothed back or shaped easily, and isn't nearly as bristly as it might appear in the photos. The warmth and light softness makes it feel much like holding a baby animal. As much as a toy can feel like a baby animal, anyway. My only complaints is that there were a LOT of loose hairs, or half loose hairs, that had to be removed after unpacking, and the face is somewhat skewed. However,the fur remains nice and the asymmetrical face is unintelligent in the adorable way.I would recommend this toy to anyone who has an intense desire for a pet sloth, but who has high enough reasoning skills to know better.

I ended up buying this thing after I saw it advertised to me on Facebook. I've no idea what I've searched recently that meant I was deemed an ideal target for this particular toy as I am a 28 year old woman with no children and I'm indifferent to sloths. After reading the others reviews on here talking about poor stitching and hair falling out I just thought, I need to have this thing, this is what Amazon thinks I want from them, let's see if they're right. So I bought it, and now its in my house. It is exactly what I expected it to be, its hairy and malts a lot and the stitching is a bit shoddy. It's quite manic looking, the one in the advertised photo looks a lot more gentle natured.I don't really know what to do with it now but 10/10 best £10 I ever wasted. My cat hates it.

Wild Republic 'creatures' are astounding. It all started with me teasing the 'other half' about how much squid she eats when we're in Portugal... ran a random search on Amazon, and came up with a cuddly giant squid, which was of course duly ordered. 'Squidgly' is a much loved addition to our home. To date we now have the squid, a goat, a bat, a crab, the tarantula and of course the stunningly gorgeous sloth. These are far too good for children. Offbeat, quirky, and seriously cute. So much humour in the designs. And don't believe the quoted dimensions either, these characters are larger than advertised. Beautiful products for the 'beautiful person' in your life. Highly recommended.

I love this Sloth. It is by far the best Sloth out there. I have seen other comments about it's legs being the wrong way round but they are not! The Sloths legs are meant to be like that if not they could not hang from trees!! This Sloth has not multed and it's fur is brilliant. This Sloth is very good value for money. It is a very nice size and very real looking. I am (as always with Wild Republic) very happy with the product. Wild Republic make the best toys out there and they are always very real looking. These Sloth looks excelty like a real Sloth does. Will be buying many more toys from Wild Republic! Once again very good toy and I am very pleased with it! :)

After having problems with my bank I am now the proud mother of Two Sloths and another on the way they say they are slow obviously not in the reproduction department ? I love this wee animal I don't know how I managed my life before Martha and her baby Steve arrived I was never a cuddly toy kind of girl but oh how my life has changed this beauty is the best thing since I discovered kissing ? A beautiful well made sloth a credit to her parents she must have the best genes in the Rainforest 10/10 to the manufacturer and a big thank you to the supplier ?

I bought this sloth for a friend who I have a running joke about sloths with and I got to meet him the other day after he'd been delivered. He is VERY soft and silky and cuddly and got lovely long arms and legs and sits well on a table. The only improvements could be velco hands and feets so he can be made to dangle (as is the wont of sloths) and a weighted bottom so that he sits more politely on things, but even lacking such things, he is lovely and cuddly and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good sloth.

Absolutely besotted with him. My partner and I decided to adopt a sloth when we thought it would bring us closer together and we couldn't have been more right. We share joint custody of him and have named him Bug. I must say, I will sincerely miss him when he is not with me on the weekends. As you can see from the photos, we have made many memories together already. I adore him as though he were my birth child and not a surrogate stuffed toy. I bought this product for my boyfriend who is a big fan of sloths. He picked this out as the cutest that Amazon has available at the moment. I saw lots of reviews where people have complained about the fur falling out of the toy quickly and it being made in a bad quality but I haven't experienced anything like that. Sometimes when I hold it I get a few strands of fur stuck to my clothing but it's nothing I'm worried about. The sloth is soft with lovely long arms and is quite large.

My best friend is sloth obsessed so I purchased this for her birthday recently and she absolutely loved it! The toy is the perfect size to for cuddle, incredibly soft and his long arms allow they to be wrapped around like a hug - it doesn't have Velcro on the paws like other toy sloths but that's not really a downside as it's soft all over.The only little downside she's found is that the some of the fur falls out, but not to the extent where it makes a bald patch on the toy.

Gorgeous funky furry sloth..A gorgeous 43cm long sloth, 30cm when sat down, with funky fur that has a bouncy mind of its own and 21cm long arms ready to cuddle you.I am a little obsessed with sloths, to say the least! I own quite a few teddy style versions now. This one is very cute and cuddly. It all seems well made. Eye etc are stuck on well, fur stays in place.I definitely think this is worth the price. Absolutely adorable funky furry sloth.

We bought this because our son loves cuddly toys and this one was something he thought was "super cute".The sloth comes packed in a clear, plastic bag which is compact so no excessive packaging for a small item here!It's about the size of a standard ruler (30cm), so it's just the right size for a child and extra soft for them to snuggle into.The sloth looks amazingly realistic too and the quality seems to be very good!

Fell in love with this toy as soon as I opened the package. Had to give it to my brother as an early birthday present so as not to keep it for myself.It is a surprisingly lifelike sloth. Some people seem to think this sloth has his feet on backwards however it appears to me that this is intentional as they are supposed to look like claws. This is the perfect sloth. So much so that ours is called Morgan Freeman.

Arrived in style and on time, settled in quickly and now very much part of the minions group! He can be quite demanding and knows what he wants but you can’t be cross with him and his cheeky smiles. He gives the best cuddles as you drift off to snoozies but he’s not quite as smart as his profile picture, with his matted locks and scruffy patches that make his character! ‘Dave’ shall in our hearts forever!

My daughters really likes him, he has a nice face and I like the style of fur. His hands and feet are realistic too. However, he could do with a bit more fur as he is a bit bald and some of the longer fur was sown into the actual hems. He also had bits of off cuts of the fabric matted into his fur when he arrived which I cut out (it doesn’t show now). Overall lovely design but production could be better.
