My partner - bless her - loves In The Night Garden. In particular, the character of Iggle Piggle. So, when wandering around looking for a fun gift to buy her, this one caught my eye.I'd previously rejected the larger (and extortionately priced) Iggle Piggles that some high street stores sell, because I felt they were a bit too big. This one is about 25cm or around ten inches tall, which was ideal. Those who want a bigger toy for their child or child-at-heart, should look elsewhere.A nice touch I felt, was the ability to press his tummy and have noises come from him, from the narrators "Hello, Iggle Piggle!" To his own amusing sounds. This may be a good/bad point if you're a parent who loves/hates their kids pressing his tummy every chance they get,

This was a Christmas present for my 3 year old daughter - she'd been asking for one for months and was delighted to receive him from Father Christmas! He's a little smaller than I expected, but that's probably due to me not reading the dimensions correctly. But he's the perfect size to take to bed and be involved in all sorts of games with the other (many, many) soft toys. He's lovely and soft and cuddly and you squeeze his tummy to hear the 5 sounds. He doesn't sing Yes my name in Iggle Piggle, but that's FINE, trust me! The other sound effects are aren't too loud or intrusive :-)

What can you say about the wonderful and wacky world of the Night Garden...?! Translated into toy form this cuddly Upsy Daisy utters several phrases from the show, which actually DO sound authentic. The quality of the toy is good and is a fair representation of the "real" Upsy Daisy. Only negatives for me- her neck is a little flimsy and thin and there doesn't appear to be any way to access the innards to change the battery when it eventually dies, although my daughter may have grown out of the Night Garden by then...!

Our Grand daughter has just started watching " In the Night Garden " and seems spellbound by the characters.Saw this on sale at Argos online and did a " Click and Collect " Quality is excellent, it is interactive making all the noises that Igglepiggle makes as well as singing the Igglepiggle song.Our Grand daughter squealed with delight when we showed it to her.Important you DON'T need any extra batteries with this. The sound unit is sewn inside the toy and already has batteries

This is still going strong 7 months later, despite being loved and loved, dragged around and dropped at various locations. The sound is still as clear as it was at the beginning. Surprisingly, it is not as irritating as you would think- this may have something to do with Derek Jacobi's voice! The size is just right- big enough to tuck under one arm and small enough to tuck into pushchairs. I put our phone number on ours, for safety.

My son loves in the night garden and he absolutely loves this soft toy he was even more excited when he realised that it spoke Aswell! I’d say it’s really good for its money the only problem being is there’s nowhere to put any battery’s or anything so once it stops working and talking there’s no way to make it work again so you’d have to buy another which is a bit annoyingBut other than that he loves it an if he’s happy I’m happy

Worth every penny to see the sheer delight when my 18month old opened this. He is SUPER SOFT feeling and the song repeats twice but isn’t loud. My advice is do not let your child take this to bed if they wriggle, we have all been woken up by igglepiggle going off when my son rolls on him in the night. He is easy to operate press once for on and again for off. So you don’t have to wait for the melody to end if you don’t want to.

My granddaughter loves In the Night Garden and my daughter suggested I get this to build on her collection of toys. She sent me the link, I clicked to collect, paying for fast track service, I popped to the collection point 2hours later and it was in a gift bag ready for the birthday party within minutes. It is going to be opened at the weekend but I took advantage of the batteries offered so all should be fine.

It's upsy daisy! What else will you expect?? Its a good quality plush type doll. A bit of the stitching on the skirt of the doll we received needed a little repair but nothing a needle and thread could sort. The sounds are clear and the doll is soft and flexible enough for little hands to bash, bend and through around. My little one loves it, especially peek a boo and when upsy daisy does a somersault.

My one year old little girl loves In the night garden so I bought her a few things from it, Upsy Daisy, Tomliboo and Iggle Piggle. She loves the Upsy Daisy, it's light for her to carry, flexible and colourful. It does the phrases and is really clear so that my little girl understands her. The Iggle Piggle however is very stiff and doesn't sing the actual song, just makes little sounds.

Can’t understand the appeal of In the Night Garden but my kids (aged 4 and almost 2) love it. As creepy as the character looks, that’s just what he looks like! He’s exactly what I was expecting and my toddler loves him, takes him to bed every night. Think it’s a bit misleading to say it’s ‘large’ though as my toddler can easily carry him around under one arm; but we preferred that.

My 21 month old grandson loves In the Night Garden. He is learning lots of words now so imagine our joy when on Christmas Day after opening his present with a huge smile on his face he kept repeating "Iggle Iggle". One very happy little boy who takes it every where he goes now. Great product, great quality and so cute. I would highly recommend this for other fans.

Bought this for my grandson, decent size, colourful, was asked to purchase batteries for it, declined and batteries were included, I'm out of practice with children's toys, so I suppose it's all commercial, I bought it because I wanted it to go with a book I bought in a second hand store for a £1, book was a bargain compared to £14.99 but that's the way it goes

This was an immediate hit for my itng superfan toddler. Only thing is I think for the size it should be slightly cheaper. But I guess you are really paying for the name. Size is perfect for little hands to carry aroundIggle piggle doesn't say as much as I thought and doesn't even sing a little song like upsy daisy. But all in all would still recommend x

My little boy loves In The Night Garden so this was an instant hit with him! As other's have said, the sound quality is rather quiet but those who know the programme will see that this character doesn't really speak anyway so is true to the Iggle Piggle in the show! This toy actually looks far more like Iggle Piggle than others I've seen for sale too.
