Essential item to have in the kitchen - the missus would be lost without it - how els could she turn the bacon for my breakfast rolls - seriously, there is a very similar item which is slightly more expensive from kitchencraft which has plastic struts - I should have gnoe for that as I have a china pot for storage.....It has just the right amout of pressure to keep the tongs apart - the grabbing bit on the end are big enough to scoop up sauce - so you could get our chicken breast out of the pan and add sauce without changing utensils - great.

wooden rolling pin with a thick sleeve of purple silicone over the roller and set into the handles. Nice size and the handles are big enough for large (female) hands like mine. I might have preferred a somewhat longer roller - it feels a bit short. The sleeve can move along the roller as its not fixed to it - but it stays put while you use it. Much better than a wooden rolling pin as it doesn't stick to the pastry - not sure how it would compare with a teflon-coated one.

The rolling pin is not as effective at rolling out wheat free pastry as the silicone mat, but is better than the other types of rolling pin that I have tried. The pastry sticks to it less often and used in conjunction with a silicone mat enables me to present almost perfect quiches, pies and small tarts without jigsaw pastry.

Got this as a freebie (adding it to my order meant I got free postage and so saved money) but can't do without it.Weirdly the best thing is the hole in the corner which means I can hang it up and find it when needed.

I actually bought this to use with heated hair styling tools. Its a great wee matt that you can sit the tongs/straighteners on when hot and its flexible enough to wrap around them fro storage. Very useful.

This is a lovely rolling pin... It's pink and wipes clean really easily. I wash it buy hand because I don't want to damage the non stick. It's kept its colour and works really well.Nice pink colour

Really lovely, barrel spins whilst handles stay put which is good. Silicone is non stick and easy to work with. Looks just like more expensive "named" brands but less than half the price.

Rolling area is only 8cm across so it is a bit too narrow for most of what I roll out. Doesn't stick though and generally works fine if you are okay rolling things out bit by bit.

This is a handy mat / trivet / pot holder / oven dish holder - I use it a lot to steady the bread board to put hot pots on to pick up hot oven trays etc it is so useful

I unfortunately cannot comment on usage as this was bought as a Christmas gift to add to my daughters kitchen collection however it looks very good.

good product, does what says on the tin. Goes into our dishwasher regularly. Convenient soft handles, good grip of whatever it is you're gripping.

Good price, quick dispatch, excellent build quality but it is the much better price than others on the market which really wins this one over!

Use these tongs almost daily. They are great for grabbing most items. I use both in a pan and for grabbing items in the oven. Would reccomend

Got this for a friend. She tells me it is great for pastry, lighter weight so easier to use and she is very happy. Looks really funky too.
