My first impressions of the Phillips 6000 wet & dry shaver were very positive.The shaver is lightweight, sits comfortably in my hand and is easy to manoeuvre. It is also almost silent.It gives a nice close shave on the first pass, no need to go over areas again and therefore gives a quick shave. More importantly, there was no skin irritation or redness afterwards. Multiple heads and springs allow it to follow your natural contours really well. The SkinGuard mode is accessed by a button just underneath the power button and this reduces the power of the blades helping to protect the skin. This doesn’t appear to affect the cut in any way which is great.I have used both the wet and dry shave and

So i got this for my other half as when ever he has a shave he takes longer than a woman getting ready to go on holiday. When it arrived it was in a nice box and the instructions were easy for him to follow which lets face it he could do with just pictures. Anyway he had decided to grow his beard for a few days before he used this to really put it to the test. The only thing he put to the test in them few days were my nerves as all he did was itch and looked like he had nits in his beard, anyway the day finally arrived when he decided to use the shaver. He had charged it and read the instructions so he was confident. He then had a brain wave where he would have half his beard of dry and then the other half whilst wet,

The reason i choose a five star rating is because of all the 23 years shaving with other top branded razors and shavers creams gels and other potions the Philips Shaver series 6000 Wet and dry electric shaver S6680/26 MultiPrecision Blades Anti-friction coating MultiFlex Heads Guard Mode ....Left no rash what so ever nor did it make me come out with any puss filled blisters or soreness.I also liked that it was a very close shave and unlike other shavers where you have to repeatedly go over the suface area which makes the skin very sore for but This shaver i only had to do it one time which is amazing and well worth it .

The best electric shaver I have tried to date.From the first test I could feel the difference and the heads seem to cut my stubble down to nothing in far less passes than previous shavers. The body is also slightly more compact and extremely comfortable to hold.The LEDs that fun down the front are a nice touch and allow you to keep an eye on the battery level as well as letting you know when it's time for a clean.The trimmer head works well for tidying up edges.The heads easily pop off the body with a small effort and sit firmly once attached.Cleaning is easy as you can just press a button to let the head pop open and rinse it out.For your money you also get a rather large charger/cleaning device.

I have been using this shaver for a week now and have found this product to be good! The charing time is an hour and the batter life is very good. I shave each day and over the week period i had to charge around 3 times.It was my first time using a shave of this type so it did take a bit of getting use to. Overall I was satisfied with the design but did find it a bit difficult with maneuvering it around the facial hair i wanted to keep i.e moustache and sideburns. The product comes with a protective carry case which i really liked. With the accessories that are included, the nose hair trimmer was very good and done exactly what I wanted it to do.

My partner has used this shaver now for a couple of weeks & it has made a dramatic difference from his old outdated shaver, The shave is so comfortable with no pulling or rubbing & has left his skin smooth & irritation free. The shaver charges quickly & lasts several shaves off 1 charge & doesnt compromise on shave quality as the charge runs down. It works well on both a daily shave aswell as a 2-3 day stubble, he prefers to use it dry although it works as well as a wet shaver & has handy trimmers for sideburns & nasal hair, comes with a nifty little travel case to keep it clean & dust free & a display that takes the guess work out of charging & cleaning.

I find that the Phillips Series 6000 Wet and dry electric shaver is so easy to use and gives me a comfortable shave. I prefer to use it either with shaving foam or in the shower and find this gives me a closer comfortable shave with less irritation. I have now discarded my older electric shaver which was noisy and regularly left me with nasty rashes. The shaver unit itself is not heavy making it great for travelling and with the battery life lasting more than a fortnight it’s great for holidays as there is no need to bring the charging cable. It’s very easy to remove the shaving attachment which just clicks off letting you quickly change to the precision trimmer for sideburns etc.

I generally wet shave but love that I have the option to do either with this shaver. I switched from a cheaper product looking for something that causes less irritations when used daily. Upon opening the box it’s a nice piece of kit and easy to use. Wet shaving it saved so much time and created a clean smooth shave. No more missed bits and my skin felt amazingly smooth.I decided to try the dry shave while short on time and although I prefer a wet shave it’s nice to have an option on days I need it. Again it was smooth and no nicks or irritation.With a quick charge time and decent battery life and battery indicator it’s no hassle and doesn’t need charging daily.

Initial impression of the shaver was good when opening the box, with it being well packaged and the product feeling good in my hands. I was a little apprehensive as previous electric shavers either didn’t leave a close finish or left me with razor burn, including my previous shaver from another leading brand.Charging was quick, although there was a little bit of charge in the shaver to start withWhen I turned it on it seemed very quiet compared to previous shavers so I wasn’t sure if it was actually going to be any good as I didnt think it was going to be powerful enough. However I needn’t have worried as it was really good, although not quite as close as I’d have liked.

I consider myself quite familiar with electric shavers and have gone through many in my time. The problem i always had that my shaving time would take too long and my skin felt extremely irritated for a full day after it. The Philips Shaver 6000 has multi precision blades that are easy to glide around the contours of my face. The shaver is not heavy and is easy to handle. Another positive is the LED lights that lets me keep track of battery life. Although it does take a while to get used to using the shaver, the benefits are so worth it. The shave i have now is so comfortable and its great that i don't have to go over an area twice. The blades are so effective,

My partner has recently been trying this out, and so far, he's pretty impressed. He loved how the instructions were simply laid out in pictures requiring little/no reading! The shaver itself was really easy to use, although it did take a bit of getting used to. In the beginning, he was pushing the shaver a little too hard, causing it to drag the skin resulting in a rash. Once he lightened his touch, the results were very different. The key with this is to not push against the skin, and take it slowly. This way, the shaver glides over with ease, and gets most hairs first time round. My partner has quite a small, thin face, and did find that not all rotars touched his skin, which made it slightly difficult for him.

I have used this product on several occasion testing the various growth lengths and found that it works best at growth between 1 to 3 days any longer requires the use of the additional attachment. I would suggesting that the attachment could be slightly wider covering a wider area especially when growth is more than 3 days as it does take longer to get accurate results. However, am impressed with the product and will be recommending it to other as I found it easy to use and effective. One further point would be the charger, I appreciate that the product is a shaver and it mostly used with 2 pin shaver plug points however I don’t have one of them Which caused issues in charging the product fortunately it was the same charger from another device so I had to use that.

I have given this shaved a 5 star review as it ticks all the boxes for me when it comes to personal shaver. It is efficient, quick, easy to store, quick to charge, long lasting. It works perfectly on my hair and leaves my face feeling very smooth. My wife even commented that my hair after shaving feels very smooth, even better than when using a manual shaving method. I love the fact that I can use this shaver in the shower and also that it has a interchangeable heads with the hair trimmer and nose/ear hair trimmer also available. I used all aspects of the shaver and I cannot fault anything. i have been using the shaver every day for the last 3 weeks and I am extremely happy with the results.

I really wanted this shaver to be “The One”. But after using it almost daily for a while, I’m sad to report that the verdict is still out. Is it the best shaver I’ve ever tried? Possibly yes, But is does it tick all the boxes? Not quite. Yes it’s fast charging and yes it removes the majority of my stubble fairly quickly, but I do find there’s a few stray hairs left behind, trying to remove these pesky hairs isn’t easy, the first couple of times I used this shaver I tried so hard I left myself with serious skin irritation. Now I tend to do the job with this shaver and then give myself a quick once over with my old trusty Wilkinson sword (only adds a few seconds to my shaving routine and is still
