I ordered this little shaver just for smartening up in the afternoon and would you believe it I'm using it as a main shaver it's so good, how can anyone produce a shaver with this quality plus it doe's a great job and on top of that a great price.I must say I'm anti foil shavers ever since I bought a Panasonic foil shaver and that was quite expensive but sadly rubbish and so I was very sceptical with the Braun but I didn't need to be as this product doe's the job very well and all for thirteen pounds something delivered it's the buy of the century.To sum up if you need a good shaver for smartening up yourself then get this before it increases in price,

I've had at least one of this models predecessor for about 10 yrs, used for travel, one in my locker at work and as backup for when my everyday shaver inevitably eats through a foil. Always given a good clean shave, probably the closest I've used but does have a fairly small single head, so it takes a while for a full shave. Recently bought this model on the basis that the previous model was good value and performed well. So far, this is performing just as well, recently lasted a full week on one set of Duracells with plenty of life left. Only downside is that this new model hasn't got a trimmer for longer hair/sideburns and is slightly bulkier so it's a bit of a squeeze in the washbag.

Braun has thought long and hard to create this superb portable shaver. The M-60B has that 21st-century feel about it when you consider its stylish design and innovative functionality. The foil-cutter is protected by a swivel-guard, so there's no danger of losing any protective cap. A neat little cleaning-brush is provided, which slides into the base of the shaver. Two Duracell AA batteries are provided (the shaver is battery powered only). Braun's foil-cutting technology affords a close shave, and the shaver may be cleaned using running water. A further selling point for this very clever Braun product is its price: a bargain for what it can do.

I already have a couple of quite bulky, more expensive shavers. I bought the non waterproof version of this many moons ago. It lives in car glove box, for the quick touch up. So pleased with that one (it shaves closer than either of my more expensive, larger headed variants) that bought this waterproof version when offered in Argos at very reasonable price. It has not disappointed. Good for stuff like trimming up to sideburns. Battery life great. Very neat and unobtrusive. Very pleased with it.

I bought this for ease when travelling and was very impressed by it. I haven't used an electric razor in over 25 years. I was happy with how good a shave you get from it. The design is good with the twist round protection for the foil. And it is very easy to clean and maintain. I have only used it for dry shaving and cannot comment on how it operates wet. I would recommend this razor to anyone looking for a standby as I will also use this for convenience some days at home.

Excellent product. I bought a Braun series 3 and was so impressed I wanted to see if this shaver could match the quality of the 3 series. Well for the money the shaver is of robust construction and for a small battery shaver does really well. I was impressed. It has a handy locking facilityand a little cleaning brush which stores in the bottom of the shaver so you font loose it. Great value for money and sails through my tough stubble with ease. 100% great shaver at a great price.

My expensive rechargeable shaver started to give trouble so I resorted to using the Braun battery shaver that I had kept in my car glove locker. I found that it gave an equally good shave and I now use it everyday. I purchased the M60b (vitually identical to my other one) to have as a reserve. The shaver (in the manufacturers Blister pack) was supplied promptly and at a very reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending both the product and this supplier.

I use this razor as my sole means of shaving - every day. I have used both this model and its predecessor for some 9 years or more. Only downside is there's no foil replacements available but the whole razor is so cheap it doesn't really matter, they have lasted about 3 years each. Best performance is obtained using Energiser Lithium cells when the supplied Duracell's run out, and they last weeks! Definitely recommend it for a close shave wherever you are!

Designed as a travel shaver, it's a light, portable unit that gives a very good close shave. Fundamentally, it has a high quality foil and cutting head, and the motor is driven by two AA batteries. The fact that it's waterproof is a bonus.I routinely wet shave with a traditional razor, and purchased this to re-do sensitive bits (corners or mouth, etc.), that don't like being wet shaved, and for quick tidy ups.Excellent value for occasional use.

Wanted an inexpensive tidy reliable battery shaver to replace my old worn Braun.Found this foil shaver at a very good price.I'm a fussy wet shaver but like to give the blades a rest. Also being able to wash and brush clean this model is excellent. I believe no electric shaver will ever do better than cold steel but the small safe easy to use M-60 easily meets my needs and expectations. So why spend hundreds on a complex clumsy shaver?

I have been using this type of Braun shaver for many, many years. OK having replaced several with new ones, and find that it gives a close shave, handy to use and great for holiday usage. For the price, it in my opinion, would be very difficult to better, and the price of a new unit is about the same as that for a new shaving head (which apparently are not available for this model) for other electric shavers.

I bought this shaver to shave hairs on my ears. For myself it has done the job pretty well. I have also shaved with 1 day old stubble which was also done without much difficulty and good thing is that the hair do not spill outside the shaver. Its easy to clean. The only downside is that it does not have the sideburn trimming option as displayed in the picture which is misrepresentation hence my 4 stars.

My grandson is in the Sea Cadets and goes away quite often so thought this would be an ideal razor to pack and take away. I was really pleased with this purchase as it's not bulky and fits in his sponge bag with ease. It has a safety cover and even comes with batteries which is a bonus! Highly recommended if you need a razor for trips/holidays that is robust but small enough to fit in your pocket!

Thses shavers are absolutely first class. I bought my first one five years ago and have just updated with this. The design with the swivel foil protector is excellent and the shaver can be carried without fear of damage in a pocket or luggage. Very easy on battery usage and the little brush at the base is good. The foil is exceptionally well designed and the random cut-outs catch whiskers with ease.

Not bad little shaver at all it's just a shame it runs on batteries because if it was at least rechargable it would've been better however I've only used it twice and it's been comfortable and a very close shave wet or dry so it's only a basic but good to have in the car or work desk etc so all in all I'd give it a 6 out of 10 for convenience and the same cos it does what it says on the tin
