Purchased as a replacement for PL-C 18 Watt G24d-2. Is as bright as the cfl it replaces but uses half as much power - perfect for dusk-dawn use.Note that this bulb is designed to replace a 26w (G24d-3). The correct replacement for 18w G24d-2 is the 6.5w version - to make this fit I had to cut off a small plastic tab.
